我的觀點是:我認為"名師出高徒"這一觀點是錯誤的.首先從個人回的觀點來講,名師未必出答得了高明的徒弟.如果學生本身一心不在學習或這你要傳授的知識和技能這一方面,怎麼可能會靜下心來聽你替他傳授道理,知識.更不可能會學習.再比如:學生,徒弟本身對你要告訴他的這一方面一點興趣都沒有,那即使你去告訴他深刻甚至淺顯的道理,他也未必學得懂,學得徹底.從這個方面我們就看出了名師未必出得了高徒.
如果從老師這一方面講的話,老師如果僅僅只是知識淵博,學士高明,但卻不知道從何去教學生,那即使學生再認真,智商再高,也只是無計可施.老師如果從心裡上就討厭學生,一心不想教他,那也是沒用的.
從中我們就得出了名師未必出得了高徒.只有兩面具全,才能造就一個人才.
