4. 平時看書時，如果可以，就一邊讀一邊念出聲，以訓練自己的口語+聽力
5. 讓老外糾正你的發音，不能讓中國的英語老師糾正
6. 上網盡量看英語的網站，增加閱讀的機會，同時也可以讀出聲+

呵呵，免費的午餐不好找呀．我見過很多上海人都在抱怨找不到合適的外教練習口內語．其實和外教容在一起練習對英語口語的確幫助很大，但這其中的成本，呵呵，即使是免費的也會有開銷的．而且大城市大家都很忙，時間很難湊在一起．
我建議你：1．像李陽說的那樣可以在平時主動通過朋友或其它機構給老外當導游或導購，可以掙錢也可以練習．2．如果時間不固定可以在QQ中的菁莆校園板塊里的英語口語等聊天室和在上海的英語愛好者交流．3．找個好點的培訓學校學習一本教材，認識點對英語感興趣的好朋友，參加些英語角什麼的對自己的英語口語水平的提高也是有幫助的．
