A. 如何有效的組織英語口語課堂

摘 要：我國初中英語課堂教學是提高英語口語交際的最直接的方式之一，因此，我們必須認真研究和探討如何利用課堂培養孩子說英語的習慣。這就要求我們科學、合理地精心設計每一堂課，營造輕松愉快的語言環境。

關鍵詞：英語口語；提高；課堂；教學
英語學習的最終目的是為了能與他人很好的交流，而口頭交流又是最直接最常用的交流方式。因此，對於中學生來說，課堂45分鍾至關重要，這就要求我們老師要遵循學習規律，由難到易地安排好課程。
學生的口語表達能力在英語教學中佔有重要的地位。因此，如何提高口語表達能力成為每一位英語教師在教學中必須考慮到的基本點。如何才能提高口語表達能力呢？如果有練習口語的英語角那是很好的方法，可是在我們的生活環境中沒有這種語境，那麼我認為應在口語課堂環境的創設上下幾番功夫，主要從以下幾個方面入手：培養學生的主體地位、轉變教師教學觀念、利用現代教學手段、創設具有交際性以及情感性的課堂活動。
一、培養學生的主體地位
新課程改革強調以學生為中心，認為學生是認知的主體；教師只對學生的認知起幫助和促進作用，並不要求教師直接向學生傳授和灌輸知識。可見在素質教育的大環境下，教師和學生的地位、作用與傳統教學相比已發生巨大的變化。在這種情況下，我們就要改變我們的教學方式，使學生對學習產生興趣，從而提高學習成績。這就要求我們在課堂教學中在設計口語訓練方案時，要考慮到學生的認知水平和身心特點，要充分聽取學生的意見。現行的教材，尤其是低年級的課文大都以對話的形式出現，而裡面所涵蓋的知識內容也是學生以前在小學階段就熟知的內容，只是當時他們只注重記憶單詞或者知識點，卻很少進行口語表達訓練，因此教材本身對他們的吸引力不大。教師這時就應該充分發揮學生的主體地位，聽取他們的意見，適當的增加學生感興趣的內容，如國外的風俗習慣、孩子們的學習情況以及他們的國情等。同時也要讓學生參加到教學難點以及教學重點的確定上來。我們都知道在口語課上「pair work」或「 group discussion」是英語口語課對話的方式之一，而以往通常都是由教師指定哪些學生應該為一組或一對，那麼在新環境下應該把主動權交給學生，由他們自己選擇自己的同伴， 這樣有助於他們開口說英語，降低焦慮感。總之只有以學生為中心充分發揮其主體作用和主觀能動性，才能使學生主動探索知識。教師應該更新教學觀念，建立為學而教的指導思想，激發學生的興趣，幫助學生形成良好的學習動機。
二、利用現代教學手段，激「活」教科書
我們在教學中，利用電教器材如電子白板，讓教科書「活」起來、動起來、形象起來、發出聲來，讓「活」的教科書震撼學生的心靈，從而讓學生有種想要對話的沖動，以此來開發學生的智力，培養學生的創新能力。
三、轉變教學觀念，不斷豐富教學方法與教學手段
新世紀的課堂教學是快節奏的、靈活多樣的。教師上課節奏要快，以訓練學生的反應、思維與速度。教育心理學告訴我們，學生的有意注意時間多數不超過20分鍾，注意力易分散，一旦教學方法呆板、節奏慢，就會出現各種影響學習的不良習慣。為避免這一點，我在教學過程中用學生能接受的節奏組織形式多樣的課堂活動，如游戲、唱歌等，使學生在輕松愉快而又緊張刺激的氛圍中學習。
四、組織交際性活動
交際性語言教學活動能充分發揮學生的主體地位，調動學生的學習積極性，使學生在原有的語言基礎上，對所學語言進行重組加工，賦予語言新的內容。是教學中，我重點創設交際活動情境，即虛擬語境。按照學生自己的意願和口語訓練的需要將學生分成若干個角色來進行表演，這樣，學生和學生之間就展開了對話。這有助於學生深入認識英語，有助於學生創造性地運用英語口語。
五、創設情感性活動
「語言是人與人交流感情與傳輸信息的中介」。所以，英語口語訓練要激發師生的情感。英語口語教學中要具有情感性，教師首先必須富含情感，必須通過親切的、形象的神情、手勢、體態、語言等去感召學生。值得一提的是，教師可以模擬英語國家的生活習慣、言談舉止等，讓學生感受異國文化，進一步提高學生的英語口語水平。例如，在進行單詞教學時，可以設置這樣一個口語訓練情景。教師首先笑著問某一學生：「How old are you？」學生會回答「I am…」 接著啟發學生詢問教師「And you？」教師可答：「It is a secret.」這樣既訓練單詞secret，又讓學生了解在英語國家裡女性一般不喜歡告訴別人自己的實際年齡，她們經常用「It is a secret。」來作答，情感作用發揮的有效途徑之一是利用各種游戲活動來開展英語口語的訓練。
六、學唱英文流行歌曲和經典曲目
利用學生追趕時尚潮流的特點，教唱當紅歌星諸如賈斯汀比伯、邁克爾傑克遜的歌曲，在教唱歌曲的過程中要求學生們記憶歌詞，並通過學唱歌曲掌握英語發音的特點。還可以讓學生們學唱耳熟
