A. 保研面試會問哪些問題
Question 1：面試前需要做哪些事情呀？
Answer：
這個問題很大，但是我感覺也是面試成功的必要環節。主要分為這幾個方面：
（1）專科課准備：主要是突擊與所報導師研究方向相關的專業知識；
（2）英語面試准備：專業相關詞彙，英語話題素材背誦；
（3）導師研究方向准備：可通過查閱導師論文、相關報道等了解。

Question 2：當時夏令營沒有選上我，我是不是在面試的時候有什麼影響啊？
Answer：
這個我可以很負責任地告訴學弟學妹們，夏令營錄取不了不代表你九月份面試沒有機會，至少我本身就是個例子，我沒有被北京協和的夏令營錄取，但是九月份我面試成功了。我從兩個層面解釋這個問題：
（1）夏令營招生的老師並不一定是你的老闆，因為夏令營知識挑選院校一些比較牛逼的導師來招生，因此你報的導師沒准壓根兒不知道你報過夏令營；
（2）跟你競爭夏令營的那些優秀的孩子們不一定跟你一起來面試，他們可能去更好的學校了，或者可能出國了。
因此，學弟學妹們，不要被夏令營的小失敗打掉自己的信心，勇敢地報名，信心滿滿地面試去吧~
Question 3：面試當天用不用給老師帶禮物或者家鄉特產什麼的？
Answer：
這個，我傾向不帶。理由：
（1）導師看中的不是你帶了多少東西，而是你有沒有能力研究生期間給他幹活兒，而且，你帶東西有時候會讓老師很尷尬，尤其是在面試的場合下；
（2）面試不只是你的老闆，還有幾個老師你也不知道，那麼你帶幾份合適呢？所以簡單些，不帶吧。
Question 4：面試當天用不用穿西裝？穿什麼最合適呀？
Answer：
我先說一下我面試的時候的場景，有穿西裝的，有穿普通西服的，並不是所有穿西裝的都面上了，但是我並沒有說穿著不重要。下面我說一下面試穿衣服的原則，幾個關鍵詞「整潔」、「簡單」、「質感」、「像能幹活兒的」，大概解釋一下，大家要明白一點，老闆招你是指著你給他幹活的，所以你要把自己打扮成「好學生」。
九月底十月初已經有些涼意了，建議大家可以選擇一件淺色襯衣，加上一個質感的薄風衣或者外套，一條牛仔褲（切忌磨白、鏤空）加上一雙板鞋或者小皮鞋最好不過了。當然我也是這樣穿的，感覺導師還是挺滿意的哈，這樣穿呢，既感覺你重視這次面試，又不感覺很奇怪。大家可以參考~
Question 5：面試當天需要帶什麼東西去考場？
Answer：
無特殊情況的話，基本上這些：
（1）簡歷是肯定要帶過去的，至少5份，用文件夾夾好，不要皺皺巴巴；
（2）學校有需要報名表的，提前填好拿過去；
（3）獲獎證書、論文、四六級成績單原件，以備需要；
（4）簽字筆2支，身份證、學生證等。
Question 6：面試的時候遇到自己不會的問題，怎麼辦？會不會影響面試成績？
Answer：
面試的時候遇到自己不會的問題，這是不能避免的，也是大家常常遇到的，有的老師簡直是故意給你出一個特別難的問題，看看你的反應。我想說的是：首先你真的不能瞎編，不懂裝懂，你覺得一個研究生導師不知道你在胡編亂造嗎？！其次，你要很誠實地說，「老師這個問題我不太懂，但是我對於……（與該問題相關）有所了解」；
最後說兩個關鍵詞：「真誠」和「揚長避短」。
Question 7：面試的時候英語口語忘掉之前准備的稿了，斷片兒了怎麼辦？
Answer：
這個問題挺常見的，也是可以避免或者彌補的，我想建議學弟學妹們：
（1）英語素材（如自我介紹，常見口語話題等）背熟，背熟，背熟，重要的事情說三遍！
（2）如果因為過度緊張而斷片了，首先自己暗示一下自己要平靜下來，期間不要撓頭或者吐舌頭等小動作，可以說一些英文的語氣詞「well」、「you know」、「hmm」等，適當拖延時間。
（3）如果你真的想不起來了，那麼只好自己臨場發揮一下，或者跳過你忘記的那個部分，說一些別的。
Question 8：面試時候發現很多人的本科學校都比自己的優秀，我是不是沒有希望了？
Answer：
可以說對於那些本科學校不太好的學生來講，你所遇到對手的學校大部分都是比你的好的，尤其是你們都去名校面試去。這是個事實，也是不受你的控制的。
（1）如果你本身就是名校本科畢業的，那麼請你不要自負，因為很多非211,985的孩子比你優秀；
（2）其次如果你出身「寒門」，請你不要自卑，因為你能來面試，就說明你很優秀了；但是也請你們接受一個事實，就是當一個名校出身和一個普通學校出身的孩子站在一起，你只有比名校孩子優秀很多的時候導師才會要你。所以說「希望」都是基於自己的實力基礎上的，也是自己爭取來的。好好准備面試，快速提升自己的水平，是一切的根本。
