俄語口語中的先生有下列幾種說法：
第一種，就是俄語自有詞彙，單數Господин專.復數Гос屬пожа，先生，男士的意思，這是原生詞，比較常用而且比較正式。
第二種，就是俄語中的外來詞，Мистер相當於英文的Mr., Сэр相當於Sir,這就是近年來年輕人用的比較多的，因為使用外來詞顯得自己比較時髦，但是比較口語化。
另外，在俄語中，尊稱其實只要是把他們的名字，姓氏，父稱都說出來，就是表示尊敬意味的尊稱，所以加不加Господин都是可以的。
