㈣ 幼兒教師口語
教師是人類靈魂的工程師。語言是幼兒教師與幼兒們交流、聯絡感情的最好工具。在幼兒園里，幼兒教師的語言對幼兒的成長和發展起著非常重要的作用。幼兒教師的語言一定要簡單、明確、通俗易懂，而且還要帶有趣味性，引起語言系統尚未完善的幼兒們喜歡聽，喜歡與教師交流。幼兒基本上不認識字，他們所受的教育和獲得的所有知識都是來自於成人之間、成人與幼兒之間的交流。因此，幼兒教師的語言必須具有一定的技巧，做到教師的話幼兒愛聽。 一、語言要規范標准幼兒園階段正是幼兒語言發展的關鍵時期，教師每一字每一句的發音都影響著幼兒，所以教師必須使用標準的、規范的普通話，要做到發音清晰，語速適中，特別要杜絕方言，引導幼兒正確發音。 幼兒教師面對的是幼兒，這就要求教師說話時要嚴謹有序，避免說出的話前後矛盾。例如，某教師在表揚幼兒時說，今天表現最好的是某某、某某和某某。「最」表達的意思是獨一無二，只有一個才是最好，而教師說出這么多幼兒的名字，起不到鼓勵和榜樣的作用。這種失誤看似小錯誤，幼兒可能也聽不出來，但會使教師的表揚大打折扣，不能很好地提高幼兒的積極性。所以，我們在使用語言時要謹慎，把語言組織好後再說，避免因為語言失誤影響幼兒的積極性。 粗俗的語言會給幼兒帶來負面影響，嚴重了會傷及幼兒的自尊心。尤其是生活中的口頭語，教師可能是隨口說出，但是卻影響了幼兒。每個班都不會缺少調皮的幼兒，教師在面對這些幼兒時都會感到非常頭痛，氣急了往往會說出一些不應該說的話，例如，「討厭鬼」、「惹人煩」等粗俗不雅的話語。幼兒喜歡模仿，其他幼兒模仿後會拿來笑話被批評的幼兒。教師可能不以為然，只是順嘴一說。但是時間久了，幼兒會把教師的話深深地印在心裡，使心靈受到隱性創傷。 二、語言要追求技巧當幼兒出現問題時，有時往往是教師說了一大堆道理，幼兒們還是一意孤行，達不到預期的效果。這是因為教師總是從自己的角度考慮問題，而忽略幼兒們的想法，或是教師的要求和說話的語氣讓幼兒不容易接受所致。例如，幼兒做錯了事情，教師的目的是想讓幼兒改正錯誤，最先想到的是懲罰，可是懲罰並不是很管用，為此，教師可以找一些代替懲罰的方法。例如，幼兒玩完玩具總是不把玩具收好，這個時候教師可以請幼兒幫忙，幼兒是樂意做的。再如，幼兒爬高，多次制止無效後，如果幼兒還是繼續，教師就要讓幼兒體驗錯誤行為的自然後果，以後再出來玩的時候，他就要被拒絕參與。當然要做好溝通，讓幼兒知道為什麼。 在現實工作中也不難發現，每當教師發現幼兒有問題並與其溝通時，幼兒們往往會不配合，不願意把心裡話說出來。這個時候就需要教師運用語言技巧，引導幼兒說。例如，剛入園的幼兒情緒緊張不肯吃飯，教師可以先問幼兒的感受：「是不是想媽媽了？」不要怕觸及幼兒的傷心事。然後，教師進行安慰：「我也想讓寶寶盡快看到媽媽，可是媽媽要去上班，現在還來不了，寶寶要先把肚子填飽，這樣才有勁等媽媽來。」雖然幼兒還是會哭，但是他能感覺到其中的道理，慢慢接受，也會使幼兒更加信任教師。反之，如果幼兒主動來找教師訴說，教師最先要做的就是全神貫注地傾聽，用「哦」「嗯」「這樣啊」來回應他們的感受，適當的時候可以提出一點建議。只要語言運用的恰當，適時適度，必然會拉近師生之間的關系。 三、巧用肢體語言肢體語言是幼兒教師必不可少的一項技能，通過身體各個部位的動作表達出自己的喜怒哀樂等情緒，而面部表情也可以把這些心情表現得淋漓盡致。一個手勢，一個眼神就可以暗示幼兒，讓幼兒心領神會，自覺改正錯誤，或形成良好習慣。教師把嘴巴閉緊，就是暗示幼兒安靜下來，這樣要比說話效果好。總之，恰當地使用肢體語言能夠使我們的教育錦上添花。 語言是一門藝術，作為幼兒教師要在掌握規范化、標准化語言的基礎上，轉換角度，講求藝術，與幼兒進行交流和溝通。同時，還要加強自身知識儲備，提高自身水平和素質，掌握幼兒身心發展的規律和特點，充分發揮語言的魅力，使幼兒在語言的魅力中快樂健康成長。
