第一部分
自己不會說英語時的應急電話用語：不擅長說英語的人接到英語電話時，千萬不要手足無措，可用下述幾種方式沉著應答。
(1) 請稍待片刻。
Just a moment, please.
(2) 請別掛斷。我找一位會說英語的人來。
Hold the line, please. I』ll get an English speaker.
(3) 請等一下。我找個人來聽。

接電話的開場白：拿起話筒的時候，可先用Hello. Good morning. Good afternoon. 等問候對方，並報上自己的公司名、部門名、姓名等，如此可予人態度親切的感覺。

問對方要找誰： 通常對方都會主動說出要找誰，但萬一對方說不清楚，或是你沒聽懂，想再確認的時候，可以用下面的話問清楚。

(3) 請問受話人的尊姓大名？

Ⅲ 打電話用的英語口語
一、接打電話問候
1. 打電話人接通電話後可說：Hello ！ 接著說：This is sb.speaking./Could（May）I speak to sb.?/Is sb.in? 接電話人可說：Hello！Good morning/afternoon/ evening.緊接著 將自己的電話號碼或姓名告訴對方。如：
（This is ） 3531968./This is Jim speaking.
2. 問對方是誰， 應說：Who's that speaking（calling）?/May I have y our name? /Is that sb. （speaking）？
3.代人接電話，最好說：What name shall I give?/Who shall Isay is calling? 若要離開去叫人， 須跟對方說：Hold the line,please.I'll get him/her to phone.（別掛斷，我就去找他（她）聽電話。 ）或Hold on for a moment.（請等一會兒。）反之， 若電話要找的人在身邊，代接電話的人可說：It's for you.或For you. （你的電話。）
4. 如果打電話要找的人不在， 代接電話的人可說：Sorry,he/she isn't in.或I'm afraid he/she is o ut.（他／她不在。）如果問對方是否要留話，說：May I take a message for you? /Can Itake a messag e?/Would you like to leave a
message?
打電話者若要拜託接電話人轉告要找的人某事時， 可問：Couldyou take a message for me?/Please tell him （her）that（sth.）……./Tell him（her）I called./Will you please tell him （her）to call me back later?
5.若對方打錯電話，接電話者可說：Sorry,you've dialed the wrong number. 打電話人發現拔錯號碼， 應說：Sorry,I've dialed the wrong number.
6.若電話的線路忙或有問題，可說：The line is busy. （占線。）The line is dead.（斷線。）
二、電話對答
情況 (一) 打電話的人找的是你自己
對方：Is David there? David 在嗎?
你可以回答：Speaking. 我就是。
This is he. 我就是。 (注: 女的用 "This is she.")
You're speaking/talking to him. 你正在跟他說話。
(注: 女的用 "You're speaking/talking to her.")
This is David. 我就是 David。
That's me. 我就是。
情況 (二) 打電話的人要找的人不在
對方：May I speak to Mr. Liu? 請問 Gates 先生在嗎?
你可以回答： He's not here right now. 他現在不在這里。
He's out. 他出去了。
He's in a meeting right now. 他現在正在開會。
You've just missed him. 你剛好錯過他了。
He's just stepped out. 他剛好出去了。
情況 (三) 打電話的人要找的人不在, 問對方是否要留言
對方：Can I talk to David? 我可以跟David講話嗎?
你可以回答：
He's out on his lunch break right now. Would you like to leave a message? 他出去吃午飯了, 你要留言嗎?
He's not available right now. Can I take a message? 他不在, 我可以幫你傳話嗎?
情況 (四) 打電話的人問他要找的人何時回來
對方：Do you know when he will be back? 你知道他什麼時候會回來嗎?
你可以回答：
I'm sorry. I don't know. 抱歉, 我不知道。
I have no idea. 我不知道。
He should be back in 20 minutes. 他應該二十分鍾內會回來。
情況 (五) 打電話的人問他要找的人在哪裡
對方：Do you have any idea where he is? 你知道他在哪裡嗎?
你可以回答：

情況 (六) 打電話的人要找的人不在, 願意接受對方的留言

Ⅷ 電話是溝通的主要媒介，常用的打電話英語口語有哪些
學習英語方法還是很關鍵
1.大聲朗讀對話和文章，還有各種句型和口語中版常用的句子，並背誦權文章及演講。多與別人練習對話，最好是以英語為母語的人練習。也可以自言自語亦是練習口語。
2.練習口語要大膽說出來，過一段時間後，突然有一天你會自如、清楚地表達自己的思想。有了大膽說的精神，你才能闖過口語的難關。
