In today's society, environmental protection is an increasinglyhot topic, Protect environment is every citizen's responsibility, as a packagingprofessional students, I know that the packaging and environmental protection are closely related. Today I want to talk about the relationship between 3R principle oftensaid and green packaging design of green packaging, I believe everyone of these concepts is not strange.
We first take a look at what is the 3R principle, 3R principle is refers to the rection principle, reuse and recycle principle principle, below we included in each principlewith the understanding of the content:
The first is the packaging rection principle, green packaging is to satisfy the basicfunction of packaging conditions, a moderate amount of packaging at least, the designer can use the simple design criteria, will shape simplification of procts to the extreme, the emphasis on recing material consumption, embodied in the design of"small is beautiful", "less is more" meaning.
The second is the packaging can be reused principle, generally speaking, when the packaging material to be processed into finished procts, if not a use was abandoned, but can play the role of the existing multi angle packaging, will greatly rece the various processing links and multi packaging waste requireddecomposition of consumption. The reusable packaging must be in packaging has high rability, easy to clean, can be multi functions, based on the conditions, this requires the possible future designers in combination with the characteristics ofthinking of packaging materials to design of the packaging of the utility.
Finally is the packaging material recycling in general use of renewable raw materialsand development of new procts can be divided into two cases: one is the manufacture of a new proct is identical to the original, such as the waste paper to proce recycled paper, another is the proction of new procts of different types,such as the waste of plastic fiber. Designers in the selection of packaging design,should fully consider the materials used can be recycled to avoid future difficulty, formany materials processing over.
A packaging designers can contribute to environmental protection from the above three aspects, I believe that every professional, everyone can to protect the environment contributes an own strength, for our better tomorrow.
