區屬各有關小學：
根據本學期我區小學音樂教研活動的總體安排，為認真做好市中小學「南腔粵調」演唱比賽的准備工作，定於12月上旬開展廣州市中小學「南腔粵調」演唱比賽天河區小學選拔賽。現將有關事項通知如下：
一、時間

四、工作人員的職責分工

3、後台監督：王潔（負責演出隊簽到、安置候場隊伍、催場等）。

五、注意事項
1、各參賽學校要強調出入安全、注意衛生、不要喧嘩、文明禮貌，並派1-2名主抓合唱與豎笛器樂教學的音樂教師參加。
2、停車問題。星海音樂學院前門有停車場，師生隊伍可從後門進場,屆時有工作人員專人安排位置（停車費為20元/輛，停車場具體位置見附表）。
3、紀律要求。各參賽隊伍提前三支隊伍候場。因比賽場地所限，不能安排學生觀看比賽。
