CPT（Carriage paid to）運費付至（。.......指定目的港）
CPT是貿易術語，是Carriage Paid To（…named place of destination）的縮寫，即「運費付至（……指定目的地）」。它是指賣方應向其指定的承運人交貨，支付將貨物運至目的地的運費，辦理出口清關手續。亦即買方承擔交貨之後一切風險和其他費用。
CIP（Carriage and Insurance paid to）運費保險費付至（。.....指定目的港）
CIP是指賣方向其指定的承運人交貨，但賣方還必須支付將貨物運至目的地的運費，亦即買方承擔賣方交貨之後的一切風險和額外費用。但是，按照CIP術語，賣方還必須辦理買方貨物在運輸途中滅失或損壞風險的保險。
Ex Dock（Named Port of Importation）（目的港碼頭交貨）又稱DEQ (Delivered Ex Quay）
DEQ 是指賣方在指定的目的港碼頭將貨物交給買方處置，不辦理進口清關手續，即完成交貨。賣方應承擔將貨物運至指定的目的港並卸至碼頭的一切風險和費用。
DAF(Delivered At Frontier）（邊境交貨）
DAT（delivered at terminal）目的地或目的港的集散站交貨類似於取代了的DEQ術語，指賣方在指定的目的地或目的港的集散站卸貨後將貨物交給買方處置即完成交貨，術語所指目的地包括港口。賣方應承擔將貨物運至指定的目的地或目的港的集散站的一切風險和費用（除進口費用外）。本術語適用於任何運輸方式或多式聯運。
DES(Delivered Ex Ship）（目的港船邊交貨）
按此術語成交，賣方必須負責運送到目的港船上為止，負責貨物到港前的一切費用及風險，買方負責辦理進口通關手續。
DDU（Delivered Duty Unpaid）（未完稅交貨）
