How to Get a Job After Graation?
The past decade has witnessed a more and more fierce competition in the job market.Consequently students voice growing concern over how to get a job after graation. To this problem, in my mind, there are at least the following three approaches.
First of all, the main approach is to take part in grand recruiting fairs in big cities. The student hands in his resume and waits for the notice of an interview. Secondly, the students can go over the advertisements on newspapers, TV or the Internet to find a satisfactory job. Of course he should also wait for reply after sending out applications. Finally, going directly to an ideal company is a brave behavior, which sounds pretty rare among the job hunters.
Personally, I would like to choose the second method in my own practice. On the one hand, I don't want to have a try at those companies which are not advertised in the mass media. The success rate is so rare that I cannot afford the time and energy. On the other hand, I would not like to go to those crowded recruiting fairs, which often provide only poorly-paid posts which are neither challenging nor promising. As long as I am sure of making sufficient preparations and distinguishing myself ring interviews, it is out of question for me to get the ideal job which I have been dreaming of.

❽ 求英語4級高分技巧。例如，英語聽力怎麼聽短文啊，閱讀理解怎麼做，還有完形填空，以及選詞填空。
1、聽力，有三種題型，dialogue(十個對話)，passage(三個短文)，compound dictation(復合式聽寫，也就是傳說中的段子題)，第一種每年必考，後兩種逐年交替，其中考passage的次數相對較多。 最容易得分的是dialogue和passage，只要記住一個超級技巧即可：對話所述事情總是向不好的方面發展。舉幾個例子：比如對話里問教授的講座lecture難不難，記住一定難，老師的作業assignment多不多，一定多，男士發出的邀請，女士會答應嗎，永遠不會，永遠是一個傻哥們發出邀請，邀請的對象是Mary，問我們游泳好嗎，滑冰好嗎，跳舞好嗎，吃飯好嗎，Mary的回答永遠是，我非常的想去，but不去，四級考了十幾年了，Mary從來沒有去過，今年照樣不會。所以大家記住，只要是對話，必然會發生意外的事情，再舉個例子，兩個選項，A火車准時，B火車晚點如果你是出題老師，你怎麼設置對話，當然是晚點了，准時有什麼好說的，總不能兩個神經病，或者是兩人剛談戀愛，來到車站，沒話找話，男的說，哇，火車准時了，女的說，咿！還真准時了耶！所以准時是不可能的，不好的事情一般都是最後的答案！對於compound dictation，這種題確實比較難，只能豎直耳朵專心聽了，即使聽不懂，也要根據上下文瞎猜一個，空著肯定沒分，瞎猜說不定老師看錯了還會給你一分！
2、閱讀，這是我們應考的重點，閱讀題得分的高低直接影響到你是否能過，在這里我針對每種題型談一談，一事實細節題，據偶的觀察，每年必考地方是列舉處，即有first，sceond，in addition……的地方，還有舉例與打比方的地方，即有as，such ，for instance等出現的地方，有幾個應考規律，大家記住，1)選項中照抄或似乎照抄原文的一般不是答案，而同義詞替換的是正確答案， 2)選項中表達意義較具體，也就是句子較長的一般不是答案而概括性的，抽象的是答案， 3)選項中有絕對語氣詞的比如must，never，merely等不是答案而有不十分肯定語氣詞的是正確答案，比如could，might，possible等。 二詞義及語義判斷題，常考有指代上下問語義功能的名詞和一詞多義的片語，另外復雜句由於其句子之間的關系復雜，也常成為考查理解能力的一種手段，大家只要記住一個規律即可，那就是選項含義與被考單詞在含義上膚淺相近的一般不是答案 三推理判斷題，有如下幾個技巧， 1)若要求對某段內容進行推論，那麼就只看題干要求作答的那一段， 2)選項中採用試探性，不十分絕對語氣詞的比如tend to ，offten等一般是答案， 3)符合常識邏輯的一般是答案，比方說為什麼中國比較窮，是因為人口眾多，為什麼美國人很胖，是因為他們吃的肯德基，麥當勞太多了)。 四主旨大意題和觀點態度題，這兩種相對都比較難，大家的得分都不是很高，所以即使你做的不好也別太介意。
3、詞彙，對於這種題，當你看完這篇文章後，回去趕緊扔掉那些什麼詞彙串聯記憶，星火記憶，黑白記憶，什麼家譜式記憶，連環記憶……之類的書吧，或者送人，或者保存好，來年賣給不懂事的大一新生們，要不就拿去墊桌角，方方正正的多好啊！背單詞是一種投入和產出極不成比例的做法，極其愚昧和迷信！千萬不要在30個詞彙題上浪費太多的時間，要知道每個題才0。5分啊，而閱讀呢，一個2分，把時間節省出來做閱讀吧！
4、完形填空題和簡短回答題，這兩個題也是逐年交替，其中前者出現的機會遠遠大於後者，如果你遇到的是完形填空題，你應該慶幸，整個四級考試中，數她最簡單了大家參加過高考的人都知道，做一個完形填空題花的時間可能超過兩道閱讀題，但是得分呢？相信大家都心中有數。幸虧四級考試中此題每個才0。5分，即使真正的高手在這個題上也不會超過你五分的，但是花的時間卻是你的30倍左右。對於完形填空，命題者的真正意圖不是考查你的知識水平，而是考查你是否會合理安排時間！ 如果你不幸遇到了簡短回答題，說實話，也沒有好辦法，這種題雖說千年難遇一次，但是這是四級考試中最有水平，最不好應對的題，出題人一定來自天外星球！遇到這種題，如果你有興趣，那就試一下，如果實在不會做，那麼你就認倒霉吧！在大學里有一句話說的好：一生中，誰沒有幾次踩到大便的時候！
5、寫作，這也是最容易應對而且也是最容得分的題！ 只需考前花9秒種，即有可能取得9分(滿分100分制)以上的好成績。在開考前熟記兩個比較有難度的經典句型，考試時想辦法在在首句和結尾處各用了一個，然後剩餘部分，或者自由發揮，或者寫幾段喜歡的英文歌詞(注意不是漢語拼音的)，或者寫一下李陽瘋狂英語里的搞笑句子。 你不要懷疑這種的做法，現在給大家分析一下此法可行的原因：判卷時，每個老師桌子上都會有一大疊卷子，遠遠超過你高考時的復習資料，你想，只要是個人，誰會有耐心仔細看那麼多的英語文章，再加上一般判卷發生在大夏天，天氣悶熱，心情煩躁，每天關在小屋裡看偶們這些無聊低級的文章，不許上網，不許QQ，不讓開MSN，更不可能寫博客，好人也會被折磨瘋的。所以他們判卷時，一般只看開頭和收尾句，再大體看一下字數夠不夠，有的正在談戀愛的老師，心情比較好，還會看有沒有錯誤的單詞，為了防止這種情況，我提醒大家，我們的目標不是寫一篇驚世駭俗的文章，而是盡量在三十分種內不說一句錯話，不寫一個錯單詞。一句話，我們的目標就是——沒有蛀牙！！再有，寫短文時，最好用黑色鋼筆，而不要用其他顏色的，特別是圓珠筆，另外，千萬要注意書面整齊，據說，判卷老師大都是近世眼，對於黑色他們更為敏感，更習慣。書寫也是，越整潔，他看得越清晰，心情就越好，偶們的分也就越高！
完形填空 不知道選的時候就選你認識的那個 四個都不認識的情況比較少
在聽力的時候，短聽力題——聽到什麼不選什麼
長聽力題——聽到什麼就選什麼（注意第一個句子和最後一個句子）
吐血秘方：不要背什麼詞典，把歷年四六級考題里出現的生詞全背出來就行了（閱讀里的的不用背）。

完型-歷年真題認真做一遍
閱讀-歷年真題認真做一遍，如有可能，逐句翻譯一遍
作文-5年內範文看一遍，有印象即可
作文千萬不要打具體的草稿，有個框架就足夠了。
長閱讀：先看題~~~~~長閱讀出的題都很簡單，先把題目中的關鍵字記住，再直接到原文中找答案，一般不會拐彎抹角問你，看到什麼填什麼就是了
千萬別買什麼模擬題，都是廢紙。
卷面一定要整潔！無論字體怎麼樣，卷面不能有大篇幅的塗抹，否則絕對無法高分。就算是中間發現寫錯了，也最好想辦法在後面彌補，不要去塗改。字寫得漂亮的當然更好，達不到的也要工整。
寫作文，都是考前把一些好的句型和優美的比喻從書上抄下來背，因為開頭很重要
千萬別把時間花在背單詞上，太不值了，沒用，做真題，一遍根本不夠，這就是考試，根本和能力一點沒關系，真題做三遍，不嫌累再把真題上出現的生詞都背會，對付這種考試足夠了，至於聽力呢，平時懶得練，考試前兩周就反復聽真題，聽到想吐 就行了
四六級考試要訣，三長一短選短的，三短一長選長的，長短不一選B，參差不齊選D，猶豫不決選C，以猜為主，以蒙為輔。
