這個嘛，多做幾篇閱讀理解就行了，總結下閱讀理解的題型，一共也沒幾個題型。比如故事，議論，記敘，散文，小說。

㈤ 2020年，高中生參加英語類競賽是否有用

首先，我試著從題主的角度分析一下題主為什麼會這么問？
一、最直接的原因是自主招生取消：
不知道題主的成績怎麼樣？但是能問這樣的問題，說明你是關注過競賽，而且在英語類競賽中有一定優勢，裸分成績達不到好學校水平，但憑借自招可以上一個985大學的學生。換句話來說，你的成績應該是處於中上等水平，約580分左右，且英語成績不錯。
自招取消對你的影響我想你已經知道了，如果只憑借裸分，最後的結果基本就是上的大學降了一檔。而且這個降了一檔只針對中上等、中等學生，成績好的學生不在乎這些，他們裸分就能上清北，成績差的學生也參加不了自主招生，所以糾結還是中上等、中等學生糾結，裸分上不了理想大學，而且不甘心，想上更好的大學現在也有點使不上力的感覺。題主這么問實際上就是不甘心自己努力了這么多年，最後卻因為政策變動失去了上更好大學的機會。
二、高考的環境日趨嚴峻：
從人數就能看出來，高考環境是日趨嚴峻的，去年應該是1031萬，今年也不會少多少。而且現在像衡水中學、人大附中等等超級中學的學霸們真的太多了，以河北省2019年理科為例，北京大學的提檔線為696分，北京外國語大學的提檔線也要650分以上才行。競爭太激烈。
其次，怎麼辦的問題：
你的老師應該已經告訴過你，最簡單直接的辦法就是提高分數。但同時也不要忘了還有綜合評價和今年發布的強基計劃，兩者其實很相似，綜評和強基都是重視高考分數，但同時注重你的綜合素質的，強基可能更多在基礎學科身上，但本質是不變的，都是要求學生高考分數要高，但同時，個人綜合素質強的學生更容易突圍。
分數提高就不說了，學校就是干這個的，那麼可以大作文章的就是綜合素質方面，這一方面是綜評和強基高校自主測試自主選拔的重要考察因素，但也是學校教不了的部分。現在的政策環境，高校的自主權雖然不像自主招生盛行的時候那麼大，但還是有大約15%比例的，不要小瞧這個部分，高考分數咬的多緊這些都有據可查，如果你能爭取到高校這15%，你已經半隻腳邁入這個學校的大門了。
這部分怎麼突圍？很簡單，看有哪些活動活事情能為這部分「加分」，就去做就好了，支教、公益、演講、夏令營，各種活動很多，比如說山東有的高校就要求有學生有社區服務和實踐活動經歷，江蘇的某些高校也要求學生學業水平測試成績達到一定要求或者必須有獎項。你想參加英語類的就去一些專攻英語的活動，什麼創新英語，21世紀都可以。
但還是要給你提個醒，說這些是競賽，建議你不如把這些叫成實踐活動更好一點，這樣你不至於太過糾結於獎項，也不用總問參加這些活動有沒有用這樣毫無營養的問題。一般功利性太強造成的結果就是一旦有個地方沒發揮好就很容易心態崩了，也許本來可以有個實踐活動的證明，甚至還有個獎項，心態崩了就全沒了，把他當做一次歷練，每一次都盡力，你若盛開，清風自來，發揮得好可能獲獎，不好的話還可以有個實踐證明之類的，再不濟也可以結識一些優秀的人吧，可以學到一些東西吧，可以開闊一些眼界吧，這些東西在未來十年可能比你心心念念的獎項重要的多。
其實除此之外，如果你家庭條件好的話，還可以走出國留學這條路。這條路除了花錢多幾乎沒有缺點，既能鍍金，又能鍛煉能力，更重要的是，高中申本科有很大的幾率能夠申到很好的學校（因為高中學的東西國內國外根本不是一個難度等級的），這些學校可能在世界學術榜上比清北的排名還要高，這樣就意味著你三四年後回國找工作的競爭力更強，而且出國留學也是積累人脈的過程，人脈這個事情可能是很多小朋友現在不屑於談論的，但只要你回國發展，這就是個繞不開的話題。
綜上，我的觀點是可以參加，但提高分數這一點別落下。如果參加不要帶著太大的功利性，要知道，無論成績怎麼樣，參加這些活動這件事情本身都是你一生的財富。
