通讀全文，我們可以看出，31題的答案在第四段，他寫華為需要有一個要權衡，那就是它的價格，即這句:There's a lot to weigh up here,especially that price €2299。從這句可以看出31處選B,especially是尤其是的意思，尤其是它的價格，我們可以看出作者是認為它是有點貴的。
綜上所述:此題答案為29.D;30.C;31.B。
