閱讀名著，感悟成長大家應該都知道海倫？凱勒吧！我讀了《海倫凱勒傳》後感觸很大，她的一生歷盡坎坷與艱辛。
海倫一出生便開始遭遇不幸，她從小因生了一場大病而導致了雙目失明，雙耳失聰。為了學習，父母幫小海倫找了一個家教老師。為了學習盲文，小海倫把手指頭都摸出了血，家教老師心疼的為她包紮了傷口，因為她勤奮學習，最終考上了哈弗大學女子系。
我們每個人都有一雙能夠看見世界無數風光的「心靈之窗」——眼睛，還有可以領略各種優美聲音的耳朵，但又有許多人不珍惜他們少年時的時光。將來到了社會上成了一個沒用的人，最終走上了犯罪的道路。而海倫呢？她生來就有殘疾，但她十分珍惜時光，十分努力用功讀書，學習。不浪費時間，學習盲文將手摸出了血，這種精神難道不值得我們學習嗎？社會上那些不思進取的人吶要知道珍惜時間！
海倫的一生都十分坎坷，但她卻用她的行動告訴人們，一個人是否成才將來是否光明，不是靠你的優越條件而是靠你是否努力了！要擁有一雙智慧之眼去觀察世界，去發現人文地理，去了解社會情感。海倫是一名生理上有障礙的人，但她卻在父母的關懷下，老師的關心下，努力學習，奮發向上，讀書寫字，她像一塊乾燥的海綿，不停地吮吸著知識的甘霖。她對世間的任何事都充滿了興趣，對任何事的表現都彷彿是哥倫布發現新大陸一樣似的，興奮激動，而我們卻不會去發現，常識已讓我們逐漸失去了想像的空間。我們也要去發現去創造。
海倫的事跡讓我們明白了，一個人的一生不會被命運改變，我們要去改變命運。我們要學會勇往直前，毫不退縮的精神。我們也要去學習那位家教老師的精神，去呵護，去關心殘疾人，讓我們的社會更加美好，讓我們向著改變命運去出發。

當然有好處了，而且很大，建議在看英語著作的時候，要查查不懂的單詞，短語，句型
如果要看英文原著,你可以從簡單點的看起,因為有的著作會有古英文,一開始就讀難的是沒有必要的.你的目的是習慣英文表達和提高自己的英文運用水平.這是個量積累的問題
你可以先看諸如<英語學習>之類的雜志,畢竟SAT涉及面廣，光看原著不夠的，報刊雜志由於涉獵面廣，所以反而更有用處。
