Jane Eyre, is a poor but aspiring, small in body but huge in soul, obscure but self-respecting girl. After we close the covers of the book, after having a long journey of the spirit, Jane Eyre, a marvelous figure, has left us so much to recall and to think:

We remember her goodness: for someone who lost arms and blinded in eyes, for someone who despised her for her ordinariness, and even for someone who had hurt her deeply in the past.

We remember her pursuit of justice. It』s like a companion with the goodness. But still, a virtuous person should promote the goodness on one side and must check the badness on the other side.

We remember her self-respect and the clear situation on equality. In her opinion, everyone is the same at the God』s feet. Though there are differences in status、in property and also in appearance, but all the human being are equal in personality.

We also remember her striving for life, her toughness and her confidence…

When we think of this girl, what she gave us was not a pretty face or a transcendent temperament that make us admire deeply, but a huge charm of her personality.

Her story makes us thinking about life and we learn much from her experience, at least, that is a fresh new recognition of the real beauty.

Learn to love and care（霧都孤兒）
Here I am sitting on a couch alone, thinking about what I have just finished reading with tears of sadness filling my eyes and fire of indignation filling my heart, which revived my exhausted soul that has already been covered by the cruelty and the selfishness of the secular world for a long time. It is truly what I felt after reading Oliver Twist, written by the prominent British author Charles Dickens.

Ⅱ 怎樣才算有效的閱讀全英文小說或名著

這樣讀的話抄會很難。襲英文的名著所用的語法會很多，但所有的對話都很精煉。那麼可以通過對話來學習一些簡單的日常用法，通過對於一些細微的描述方面增進自己對於英語語法的理解。最好的學習方法是，旁邊放一個筆記本，將不懂的記下來，然後通過字典去查找其意思，通過對於語法的判斷和上下文的意思，讀懂這幾句。開始的時候會非常的慢，但速度會越來越快，而且加上詞彙量越來越多，看過20%的篇幅之後，基本就不會再過多藉助字典了，即使偶爾會有生詞，通過上下文的意思，多半也能猜出來。

首先要找到適合自己水平的書。太難的不容易堅持，要能夠順利讀下去，並且有一些詞和句子還是不一下子能夠理解的，但是並不妨礙你接下去讀書。

Ⅳ 怎樣正確閱讀全英文小說

大聲朗讀雖然會減慢閱讀速度，但是由於人的耳朵聽東西的速度是人說話速度三倍，所以如果你把自己口語速度提高，聽力也會提高的。
但是我不建議你大聲朗讀英文小說，因為英文小說中里的句子都不是口語化的句子，所以讀了不僅繞口還沒用，建議去聽BBC，一篇聽個一個月，等你看著稿子可以以跟原版一樣的速度讀出來，就成功了~~
至於不認識的詞，這要取決於你現在的英文能力和小說內容，如果你英文較弱，一篇文章單詞只認識一半，那我建議在可以看懂文章大概意思的基礎上，把出現頻率較高的單字背一下就行了
如果英文水平ok，一邊文章百分之九十五以上單詞都認識，那我建議你可以把每個不認識的單詞都查一下 ， 然後小說內容，建議看一些名著或者已經知道大致內容的小說，盡量不要看科幻類，歷史類，這種專業名詞各種出現的小說，這裡面的單詞看了也沒必要。
我倒是很推薦你去看china daily或者shanghai daily，裡面出現的詞基本上都是高頻詞彙，而且語法詞彙都很規范，如果你英文夠好，就去看看紐約時報或者英國的 the economist

不知道是誰說的，或許是老師告訴我們的，看全英文小說有助於提高英文水平，所以一時間，每個人手上都抱著一本全英文小說或是名著。但是怎麼樣才能有效的閱讀呢，下面就講講我高中是總結出的經驗。

在我看來，閱讀英文小說或名著對英語的學習很有幫助，就像讀文言文也對語文學習有幫助一樣。你把自己放在全英文的環境中，肯定要比在中文環境中學習要好的多。就像大家去了國外英語就比以前好了很多一樣，多多讀讀英文的名著和小說對於英語的學習很有幫助。

Ⅶ 求幾本適合英語閱讀練習的小說

《The Five People You Meet In Heaven》,書名被譯作《死後在天堂遇見的5個人》，你可以去外文書店找一下，應該可以找到，找版不到的話，上淘寶買權，一定能買到，我看過這本書，如果做閱讀練習的話，詞彙量什麼的，應該不算太大，差不多也就是大學英語教材的那麼點詞彙量吧，而且，這本書講的故事也挺讓人有感觸的，不錯的。
對了，還有的話，你看看新概念英語4，大學英語1-4冊，練習閱讀也不錯哦

Ⅷ 可以簡單閱讀的英語小說

我讀大一的時候老師推薦的海明威，
你就看《老人與海》就可以了。
個人比較喜歡的是內菲茨傑拉德容的《了不起的蓋茨比》。
另外，如果是希望一邊讀小說一邊enjoy uself的話，
就讀福爾摩斯吧，很好玩的。
以上我推薦的小說的原版都不復雜，
文從字順，且筆觸生動，很適合現在的你。
