當然我根本沒有想到,在之後的一個月里,我會在這里收獲一段快樂而難忘的時光。我不僅從各個老師和學生們的身上學到了很多東西,而

且和他們成為朋友,更重要的是,我在實習過程中感覺所學的到東西遠遠要比三年裡在校園里學到的更豐富、更精彩。當然,這並非否定老

我們來到龍陵縣龍山中心學校受到了熱烈的歡迎。首先,我們和該校的領導及老師召開了座談會,他們向我們介紹了龍陵縣龍山中心學校的

情況:它辦校至今已有百年歷史,始建於清光緒30年(公元1904年),坐落在縣城東南的老東坡下,背靠青山,側臨綠水,校內青杉挺拔,

繁花似錦,綠草茵茵,是一個靜心求學的好地方。它佔地總積13333平方米,校舍建築總面積4737平方米,校園綠化面積3800多平方米,運動

場面積1500平方米。這里共有教職工63人,教學班24個,學生1058人。它堅持以質量求生存,以教研教改促進發展,多年來一直承擔全縣小

學教育研究和實驗示範任務,為龍陵縣基礎教育事業發展做出了卓越貢獻,保山地區重點學校之一,它也為龍陵縣的社會經濟發展做出了有

目共睹的貢獻。

實習的基本內容包括三部分:課堂教學、班主任工作。

基情況如下:

1、課堂教學:完成教案數為8份,上課節數為16節(英語、語文、數學、品德、自然、音樂、美術7個科目)。

2、班主任工作:組織一次「我做文明小公民」的主題班會。

3、帶領學生出了一期黑板報。

4、到學生家裡去家訪。

這次實習令我感受頗多。一方面,我深感知識學問浩如煙海,使得我不得不晝夜苦讀;另一方面我也深深地體會到教學相長的深刻內涵。備

課、上課、改作業……日復一日,無數瑣碎平凡的事構成的我實習生涯的主旋律。

首先,我請班主任給我 一份名單,因為我知道,記不住學生的名字,看似小事,其實它在學生眼中是很重要的,如果記不住學生的名字,學

生就會覺得自己在老師心中沒有地位。覺得老師不關心自己,甚至會產生隔閡。而後我便找了個機會認識了全班同學,下課後同學們都圍著

我唧唧喳喳地說:「老師,你怎麼才來就知道我們的名字呀?好多老師教了我們一年都沒記住我們的名字。」這也使我明白了:溝通是一種

重要的技巧和能力,時時都要巧妙運用。認識一個人,首先要記住對方的名字。了解一個人,則需要深入的交流。而這些,都要自己主動去

做。

下課後,孩子們經過我時,都親切地喊一聲:「范老師好!」,我也帶著按捺不住的羞澀和歡喜應著,同時我也發現了快樂竟如此簡單,只

因被一群天真的孩子們認可並充滿親切地問候一句。

在我從事教育教學活動時,我第一次深入課堂時,我就遇到了許多學校里沒學過、沒想過的難題,即自認才出眾的我繪聲繪色地講完一節課

後,我問學生:「你們聽完課,印象最深的是什麼?」學生面面相覷,茫然無語。學生何以如此呢?在我看來主要是由於學生沒有學習的興

趣。

古人雲:「知之者不如好知者,好知者不如樂知者。」興趣對於一個學生的學習來說是一個至關重要的條件。興趣是學習入門的階梯興趣孕

育著願望,興趣溢生動力。那麼如何才能激發學生的學習興趣呢?其實這不只是學生的問題,老師也要有激情與耐心,這是做位一名老師應

該具備的。激情與耐心,就像火與冰,看似兩種完全不同的東西,卻能碰撞出最美麗的火花。其實,不管在哪個行業,激情和耐心都是不可

或缺的。激情讓我們對工作充滿熱情,願意為共同的目標奮斗;耐心又讓我們細致的對待工作,力求做好每個細節,精益求精。激情與耐心

互補促進,才能碰撞出最美麗的火花,工作才能做到最好。

初為人師,總是有些緊張。我帶著羞澀與忐忑抱著課本和教案走上講台時,盡管我做了很多准備,但當我真正面對那麼多雙眼睛時,我還是

緊張了。「同學們,現在開始上課。」我機械得重復了在台下不知念了多少遍的開場白。然而,這句話說完,下句該說什麼呢?突然間我的

腦袋一片空白,只能感覺到有幾十雙眼睛正齊刷刷地盯著我,讓我感到十分地不自在。短暫的猶豫之後,我剩下來的只有微笑,因為我想起

了那句話:「微笑是法寶。」學生也對著我微笑,看著他們那一張張稚氣的面孔,我所有的緊張都在這一瞬間消失了,透過那一雙雙澄澈的

眼睛,我也似乎讀到了那一顆顆純凈的心。在此後的時間里,我一直微笑著。所以,課堂氣氛也顯得輕松活潑了一些,40分鍾的課一下子就

過去了。雖然,我知道我的這節課上得並不成功。突然一次,一個學生遞來一張字條:「范老師,我喜歡你的微笑,當你微笑著走近我時,

使我感到了從來沒有過的親切,我很喜歡你,范老師。」這是出自一個三年級學生之筆,這也是我在實習一個月的時間里收到的最好的,最

值得珍藏的禮物。也使我明白了,其實走近學生的第一步只須微笑就夠。

在班主任實習工作中,我組織開展了「我做文明小公民」主題班會。起初,我遇到了許多困難:比如學生的不配合就常常令我痛心疾首。當

時,有人建議我使用強制方法。比如說罰站、罰蹲等。誠然,這種方法可以勉強維持班級秩序。然而,這也無疑加深了老師與學生之間的隔

閡,甚至會使學生產生厭學的心理。作為教育工作者,就要想方設法創設民主和諧的教學氣氛,在教學活動中建立平等的師生關系。而且,

教師要把自己當成活動中的一員,是學生活動的組織者、參與者、引發者,是學生的學習夥伴、知心朋友。

為了辦好這個班會,我努力為每一個同學創造展示自我的機會,提供展現自我的平台,使每一個學生都能夠體驗到成功的愉悅,感覺到自我

的價值,品嘗到其中的樂趣。結果,在准備班會的過程中,同學們都很積極。班會的節目花樣繁多,唱歌、跳舞等應有盡有。每個學生的積

極性都很濃烈、熱情也很高漲。最後一曲學生獨唱——「春天在哪裡?」把班會推向了高潮。當然,在開展班會活動過程中,我也發現了許

多問題,並在方法上有待改進。

實習的時候,我上了一節活動課,帶學生到操場去玩,其中一個男生捉了一隻蛤蟆來給同學們看,那些女孩子嚇得只叫,說實話,當時我很

害怕,我從小就怕蛤蟆。我就用命令的口氣說:「放下那個丑東西!」小男孩震了一震,腦袋一撇,眨眨眼睛問我:「老師,它很醜嗎?

」我試著和他說:「是的,你看它那恐怖的樣子。會嚇到人的。」他似懂非懂的點點頭,滿臉委屈地放了那隻蛤蟆。不一會兒,他又滿臉迷

子卻用美的眼光去看它而已。同時,我也從孩子眼中看出了一股可貴的純真,在孩子的眼中的世界是最純真的,是最美的。

在剛開始的三周里,我發現我在孩子們心中留下的印象還算可以,我也因此而告訴自己:「繼續努力!」可是,在一個雨天里,我第一次和

學生發火了,那個男生是班裡最搗蛋的學生,上課時老講小話,還不時地影響其他同學學習,他還對我的屢屢警告無動於衷。那天上課,他

竟然在教室里隨意走動,並高聲喧嘩。雖然作為一名老師,和學生發生沖突是在所難免的,但對我這個初為人師的新手來說,處理這樣的突

發事件是毫無經驗的,我一邊盡量冷靜自己,一邊對他呵斥到:「不想學就出去!」頓時,教室里鴉雀無聲,而那個男孩還把頭扭到一邊不
