格式我沒看出來 （比如齊頭式的話每一段都頂格版寫，然權後每一段空一行，稱呼和正文之間也應該空一行，最後的sincerely和正文以及和Dave之間也要空一行，Sincerely 後面家逗號）
中間句式較為單一，還有一些詞性（如importance）或者單詞(realize)的誤用，以及固定搭配的誤用 But now……that……

但是，我們是學法律或教法律的，尊重程序對於將要從事法律工作的人具有特殊的意義，而尊重程序就得尊重根據程序所得出的結果。為此我要向你們道歉。我覺得光道歉還不夠，我應該受到嚴厲的懲罰。在過去的一年中，我受聘的是教學六級崗（見習崗），每月除了1000多元的基本工資外只有1000元的津貼，比我擔任圖書管理員的同期收入每月少1200元，比我這個資歷的人可能申請的教學三、四級崗那就少得更多了。我決定今年再申請教學六級崗一年，通過承受遠遠大於你們的經濟損失，來稍微平復一下你們因為考試不及格而遭受的痛苦。如果再一次出現這樣的考試結果，我將開除自己的教職。

一、分項備考策略：
（一）、聽寫
聽寫是力爭在聽第一遍的時候能對文章理解達到80%：二是記單詞時絕對不能忽視音標；第三是鞏固自己的語法水平，爭取在交卷前的兩分鍾利用語法知識修正錯誤。平時應注意快速記筆記、略記。
（二）、聽力理解
SectionA、Section分別是對話和文章，對注意力的要求非常高。
SectionC是新聞，建議平時多做相關練習，這樣對新聞英語的結構、用詞和一些國際事件的背景就不會太陌生。
（三）、完型填空
它主要考察的是詞語搭配、邏輯關系和語法能力。最好先從頭到尾讀一遍題目，讀的時候考慮一下空格里可以填什麼詞彙，然後再對照空格和題干，一道一道做下去。建議研究真題之後自己總結一些規律，然後利用練習材料重點突破。
（四）、單項選擇
這一部分題量較大，但分值不多。建議對真題進行認真總結，發現自己的薄弱環節，然後有針對性的進行訓練。
（五）、閱讀
專業四級在閱讀方法上，我推薦大家在專四中採取「先看題，再讀文章」的辦法。看了題再「搜索式」的去讀文章，不必糾纏細節，找到和題目有關的句段，稍做推敲，選出正確答案即可。重要的是注意提高速度。
（六）、寫作
寫作分為大作文和小作文兩個部分。
大作文比較八股，第一段立論，第二段加例證，第三段結論。除了清晰的邏輯，還要注意語言的准確和流暢，不要犯語法錯誤。另外就是要熟悉專四各類作文模式。
小作文是應用文，需要注意格式和措辭，平時應該練習一下感謝信、道歉信、祝賀信、投訴信等常見應用文體的寫法。

2、英語專業四級、八級詞彙表（上外版）
詞彙的掌握是備考的一個環節。一本好的詞彙書要有收詞范圍廣、詞彙釋義和詞語搭配精確、詞頻標注精確等特點。（附錄中的詞綴表是"通過詞綴記憶單詞"的好材料。）
3、高等學校英語專業基礎階段考試（TEM4）語言技能訓練與指導（第二版）
該書詳細介紹了各個考試項目測試的語言技能，提出了很有針對性的備考建議，並未每個項目提供了相應的習題。
