2，b位於c上
3，c需與左邊線平行，位於b下面兩行
4，結尾套語位於簽名上一行，第一個字母需大寫
公務信：Yours truly,yours sincerely ,sincerely yours,cordially yours,sincerely
私信：affectionatly,fondly,yours ever,yours,love
5，f位於e之下
公務信：必須是親筆簽名
私信：簽名可帶姓，也可以不帶
