个人建议你买一本疯狂英语阅读版的资料，我记得我高中的时候我还不理解老师说的“阅读是学语言最快最有效的方法”但是上大学我明白了，没有什么办法能够及得上阅读有效，你可以试试，买一本有双语的，但是最好不要买一行英文一行中文那种，因为看那种资料你就会不停的去看汉语，而且看起来很麻烦，眼睛也很累。你就买一本前面是文章后面有翻译的那种或者左边英语右边是汉语那种，一开始如果你一点基础都没有的话，可能稍微比较慢一点，但是不要灰心，慢慢来。一开始你就先看汉语再看英语（看英语的时候就不要看汉语，去想你看的这些英语大致描述的是什么内容），然后你把文章大致读熟（这时候里面有很多你不知道的单词你其实都知道什么意思了，毕竟你之前已经看过了汉语，这部分单词就在你读的过程中已经记住了），下一步就是精读，每句话都要明白什么意思，遇到不会的单词勾画出来，然后参照后面的翻译，有必要的话就查字典。最后一步就是在你明白几乎所有单词过后，熟读文章（谈不上能背诵的程度，至少每句话你都能根据句型和意思断句，读起来朗朗上口，不要半天都读不出来那种状态）。等你积累到一定程度之后，你就可以直接先读英语然后选择要不要看一下汉语（因为这时候你已经能理解文章了），当然这需要一个过程，在不是特别熟悉的情况下还是看完英语再看一遍汉语吧，这样记住那些生词要快很多，但是切忌，看英语的时候千万别看汉语哦，你可以看完英语再去看汉语再返回来看英语，如此重复，这比你看一个不会的单词就去看汉语好得多~~~ 个人建议，仅供参考
