用爱慧外语（专能一句句练习，带清晰慢读、属听写）
听写四、六级真题和电影、生活会话，每一句，无非三种情况：
1.能听写出来，直接过掉；
2.听不出来，切换到慢读再听，能听出来再切换到原音听写一遍熟悉下，过掉；
3.慢读也听不出来，切换到看字幕跟读，读顺后切换到原音跟读，读顺了听写一遍再过掉；
如此反复，听力提高的非常快。
