我听过上海的高考听力，在全国各省市里相比较是很难的。试卷印的全部是英语。
我不知道你是即将参加高考还是只为了学听力。听者的水平各不相同，听力资料有对话形式和文章形式两种。如果你具备了较强的听力基础可以选择《英语听力教程》1或2，1比2简单一些。前半部分以长对话段对话为主，后半部以常对话和短文为主。此书是针对本科英语专业的初学者设计的，内容不很容易。
