中高考英语听力测试开考后，若考生无法通过电台收听到考试内容，应如何应对？昨日，武汉市发布了今年中高考英语听力应急预案。
今年高考，武汉市统一由武汉人民广播电台的三个频率进行播音。中考另增加武汉电台少儿频道播出。
高考的日、俄、德、法语考生也要进行听力测试，考生按语种单独编排考场，直接在考场播放考试录音磁带。武汉市招考办表示，每个考点按楼层配备1至2台备用收录机，由英语教师负责监听。
当广播电台不能正常播报听力测试内容时，各考场应按如下预案处理：
——如果两分钟内恢复正常播音，考生要等待，不得做其他部分的试题；听力播音恢复后，考生继续进行听力测试。
——如果两分钟后仍未恢复正常播音，由各考点主考官负责统一下达进行笔试考试的指令，监考教师接到主考指令后通知考生立即进行笔试部分。听力测试办法，相关职能部门电话通知到学校。

The idea of a blood donation is very simple. If a person is in an accident or has an operation, he will lose a lot of blood and this are the times when a blood donation is needed.

Well, it has something to do with all of us. Hospitals need to keep banks of blood ready for saving lives. The only way they can get that blood is from common people like you and this is completely safe. In fact, your body will make enough blood to replace it after only one day. Doctors have been carrying out blood donations for hundreds of years. Giving blood only takes several minutes and it doesn’t hurt. It costs you nothing and it could save a life, so please!
