6月13日下午,江苏省教育考试院召开新闻发布会,通报了今年高考阅卷工作进展情况,并首次回应了“少数考生反映的英语听力试题,听不清楚”的问题。
就少数考生反映的“英语听力听不清楚”一事调查结果,省教育考试院院长刘炳贵表示,英语听力播放设备的保障,是考前各级考务部门和考点准备工作的重中之重。考前,各地各考点都按照要求,对考场的听力播放设备,逐一进行了检查和放音测试,考试期间个别考点出现了断电、噪音干扰等意外情况,这些考点,都按照英语听力考试突发事件应急处置办法,采取应对措施。针对少数考生反映的问题,他们也立即进行了调查了解。
刘炳贵:“相关考点,我们教育部门随即召集了送考负责人、英语学科组长,有的还聘请了在场的学生、家长代表按照考试状态,立即进行了复听。证明广播系统是符合高考要求的,播放情况正常。我们还对全省所有英语考试的考场记录进行调阅,也没有发现英语听力设备问题的情况记载。”
刘炳贵介绍,目前对英语听力试题的评阅工作已经结束,结果分析显示,全省英语听力均分与去年相比略有下降,低了0.58分,这和考生反映、专家评价,今年英语听力考试难度略有增加是相吻合的。他说:“我们还对反映英语听力出现问题比较强烈的,个别考点的考生成绩作了分析,结果也显示,无论何同类地区相比,还是和往年的成绩相比,都呈现一个常态,没有发现异常的情况,我们也看了各个考场考生成绩的分布,也感觉非常正常。”
此外,记者了解到,目前,我省3300多名评卷教师,正在紧张评阅289.96万份试卷,所有科目非选择题在统一评卷标准和试评后,进入到了正式评阅阶段。答卷的扫描已经接近尾声,将在6月14日全部结束。全省高考阅卷经过质量检验、成绩校验、成绩合成汇总等多个环节后,预计在6月25日发布高考成绩。

6月9日下午发生在泰州二中高考点事情的大概过程。1、14点大多数考生及家长已经集中在校门周围准备,14:15左右考生进场,大概在14点半左右时,离校门三十米左右的一棵直径20公分枯树突然倒下,砸向小路和对面楼房东山墙边,砸到一辆雪佛莱苏M--RB771的轿车顶上,幸好人群刚离开不久,否则砸到或划伤的人可能有大几十个;2、16点后接考生的家长越来越多,大多数为考生反映的6月8日下午英语考试听力部分的音响听不清的问题纷纷议论,有家长说那天晚上考生因听力考试后情绪波动很大,哭泣不吃饭有之,睡眠不好有之。接着有人拉出“还苦读十二年学子一个公道”和“请泰州政府不要让二中1200名考生心血白费”横幅,以及“调查表”站板(请考生写对听力音响的感觉);3、近16:40,三十多位警察到校门口排成疏通路径,后警力陆续增加,维持秩序;16:40高考全部结束,横幅移到校门口,有家长捧出“请考生留步,为你们讨个公道”的牌子,当时大多数考生驻足考场内。没多久校门打开,数百名家长进入;3、确有发生女家长追打一名女性的事情,但那名女性(经后来了解是二中考务老师)因为谎称自己是便衣以吓唬接受听力音效调查的女考生,遭到愤怒的家长殴打。后在二十多名警察保护下退到办公楼电梯门角处,众多家长隔着警察排的人墙与之对峙几个小时;4、之后横幅移到办公楼前,阶梯下又一排警察排列一队,几名考生冲过队伍走上台阶喊出“还我公道”,拿着横幅走出校门(后来了解去了闹市区金鹰百货和时代超市门前);5、操场出现过两位二中校长。一位邰(音)姓校长认为第一学校音响绝无问题,第二二中对学生应试时作过教导所以没有本校考生反映,而省泰中的考生有对此反映,可能是泰中老师没有交代好(随即旁边有称是二中考生的学生说她们也听不清)第三始终没有听到监考人员对音响异常的汇报(还是那些学生说她们当时曾向监考老师反映过),另一位戴眼镜的女性副校长起初是以老师的身份出现,随后被人指认出副校长的身份;6、天黑后教育局负责招生工作的副局长到场,被众多家长围住要求解决问题,至夜12:30左右;7、其间分管教育工作的曹玉梅副市长到校通过广播向家长表达意见,遭众家长反对;8、整个过程中没有出现警察与家长的冲突。
当晚泰州市招生办在网上回应认为是少数省泰中家长反映的问题,音响设备经多次检验和有关领导的复查,以及质检局专家认证,并请家长不要轻信传言。
问题焦点在于对高考英语听力部分播放效果上,一方是众多家长及考生认为听不清楚,一方是政府部门认定设备播放效果正常------总之有一方是在撒谎。
