楼主好复 虽然不是重庆的 但我说制说 我们山东高考前几年一直是英音从我们这年（07）开始用美音 据说这是一种趋势 美音比较流行吧（不过我偏爱英音） 但不排除改回去的可能性 出题人想让我们熟悉各种类型
我觉得其实无论英音还是美音其实无所谓 高考英语听力朗读都是标准的 不带任何口音 很清楚的
