趁暑假休息时，可以多看一些英美剧，我的听力口语就是靠刷英剧出来的。
根据你们当地的教材，比如牛津英语就是英式英语，推荐看英剧。
当然看剧的时候先不看字幕，遇到听不懂的再倒回去看比较有效。
网上其实有很多资源，听力只有多听，才能进步。
比如BBC，CNN新闻，都是很好的素材，可以进行听写，增加词汇量。
听力还有一点是要会抓关键词。考试时题目上圈圈划划很重要，也要学会快记。
口语，主要还是多说，不要羞于启齿，不一定全是真实的，只要逻辑语法正确，是自己会说，说得好的，就可以。
不过高中的口语的话，要求可能是语法准确，句式不单一。不要有过多的停顿，譬如em之类的，可以去学一些连词，承接句。
由于我本人用的教材都是英式的。我觉得雅思是一个很好的教材，网上都找得到资源的。雅思高分口试的视频例子，未必是用的特别难的句式，胜在口齿发音清晰，逻辑清楚，连贯没有过多停顿。听力的教材其实只要是英文的就都能拿来听，不过不建议英语歌。
还有就是要多积累词汇，短语，句型。对你英语学习会有很大帮助。
还有一条基于我自身的经验，我从小学英语，不管是什么教材的，只要在家里，都会循环播放放录音带，就把英语当背景音乐，在这个环境下，自然而然地就会习惯英语。

推荐本人当初的练抄习材料，虽然袭很鬼畜很变态但是很方便很省时还能长见识。如果你以后有意向出国留学或者学英语专业都是很不错的。
叫SSS。America Sixty Seconds Science。
每天有一段报到。只有1分钟。所以语速略快，比较鬼畜。但是不要灰心，反正才1分钟长。
先自己听两遍，然后看稿子。可以去普特网搜，它每次都附带原稿。由于短，所以尽管有不认识的新词，记起来也不会很辛苦。而且一般它上面的内容都涉及科普知识，比较有趣，更帮助记忆新单词。
看过稿子后，尝试背诵下新词，不需要会写，只要瞟眼大致知道什么意思就好。然后再脱稿听一遍。最后再看稿听一遍。
一天下来也就花个10来分钟。但是坚持一个礼拜，再回去听高中的听力段子，你绝对会嫌它太慢了！哈哈~
PS：很多人为了娱乐学习两不误就会选择看美剧电影什么的说是学英语。但必须提醒你，这很没效率。通过电影学不是不行，但前提是你必须至少看3遍。第一遍你肯的那个注意剧情了，第二遍大致熟悉台词了，第三遍才开始注意人物说的英语。这很浪费时间，而且连看三遍，即使再喜欢看电影也会恶心的吧……

英孚比新东方贵很多 因为是外教教学 但是口语提高的会很快
另外如果你在武汉的话 可以常去光谷的Mr Mai's Coffee House 它实际上是个英语角 会有很多老外去那里 经常和他们聊天口语提高的也会很快
要是去新加坡的话 就自求多福吧 因为新加坡人英语的口音相当重 需要去之后花一段时间适应 我就在新加坡上学 然后我听力空iyudou还不错了 大概花了4个月适应口音
然后襄樊我记得也有新东方的
去新加坡要是想上公立大学就的考雅思和ALEVEL才可以
如果不考ALEVEL说不定就只能申请私立大学
