我觉得最合适而且最有价值的是历年真题的听力材料。和你分享一下我练习听力的方法，希望对你能有所帮助。
1、找一个时间，找一份历年真题，非常认真的将一整套听力题完整做完，时间与真实考试时间相同，中间不要间断。
2、做完之后，与答案对照，标记错误题目，计算得分。
3、将做错的题目再听一遍，一遍不行可以重复听，直到可以得出正确答案为止，如果实在听不出正确答案，那么就对照原文反复听，在听的过程中标记出哪几个单词或者哪几个细节没有听出来，紧接着分析没有听出来的原因，是因为单词发音掌握不熟练？还是不了解英文连读的技巧？等等，找出问题，马上解决！（在这里插一句，听力和口语是紧密相关的，在学习新单词的时候一定要学习最标准的发音！如果你的发音不标准，到考试的时候听到某一个单词的标准读音，与你大脑中给这个单词标记的读音不一致，那么你也不可能反应出就是这个单词，这样解释通俗易懂吧。）
4、将剩余的也就是第一次做正确的题目再逐个听一遍，要力争每个单词每个句子都听的非常清楚，甚至可以写出来。如果某个单词听不出来，那么查找原文。
5、跟随听力材料里面的朗读，纠正自己不正确的发音。这个要求比较高，如果你有精力的话可以尝试一下。

我教过剑桥，预备级得小孩应该是小学2，3年级以下的。听country road 也太难为小孩了。我倒回建议跟着孩子的兴趣答走。我在教学过程中一直强调的就是在孩子初学英语阶段，千千万万不要磨灭他的兴趣，反而要随着孩子的兴趣走。兴趣是第一老师。这种硬逼办法学习外语最多只能承到初中毕业。随着词汇量的增多，语法的繁琐，会让孩子觉得学习外语简直就是一种负担。所以我建议，首先了解您的孩子。如果他对动画片感兴趣，就让他看一些非常简单的英文动画片。如果他对歌曲感兴趣，让他自己去选择听什么样的英文歌。不需要强迫他听什么歌。一定要鼓励他多开口！祝好运！
PS:选择一个好的培训学校学习英语很重要。少儿英语的老师一定要发音标准，活泼。我认为中国现在有个误区。认为口语很标准，很流利的老师应该去教高一层次的学生。我倒是觉得越好的老师越是应该教启蒙的学生学习外语。我个人感受而已！
