1。www.putclub.com这个网站是专门训练听力的网站。有很多的节目。BBC,VOA, AP news, discovery,etc.他的bbs里还有很多的英语发烧友会把当天的各个节目听写下来，你也可以听听看，然后对照他们的听写比较一下。
2。www.listeningexpress.com这里也是专门训练听力的。也有免费下载的，也有他们给你准备好的光盘可以购买的。我看中这个网站是因为免费下载里有一个节目叫做 “空中美语”。不知道你有没有听过这个节目，我觉得这个节目非常好。因为是一个谈话节目，可以练听力，也可以模仿练口语，而且他们谈论的话题一般都是热门话题，也可以长词汇量啊。

一个叫小红的汉族小姑娘是老奶奶的邻居。小红每次看见老奶奶做家务活的辛苦样子时，都会不由自主的产生同情之心。她决定去帮助老奶奶做家务活。有一天，小红看见老奶奶，一只手拐着拐杖，另一只手拿着洗衣服的棒子，艰难的在洗衣服。小红跑到老奶奶的面前，亲热的对老奶奶说：“奶奶，让我来帮您洗吧，您到一旁歇歇吧！”老奶奶一听连忙把手摇了摇说：“小红，不用了，不用了，我自己来。”但小红坚定的说：“不要紧的，我长大了吗，帮您作家务活是应该的吗。”老奶奶听了，没办法，只好让小红做。于是小红又是搓，又是打，一件件脏兮兮的衣服，被小红洗过像是刚买来一样干净。小红干完了活，刚准备走。却被老奶奶抱住了，老奶奶那张热乎乎的脸紧贴着小红，嘴里还说：“小红你真棒！”小红害羞的说：“没什么，没什么。”
从此，小红经常在生活上帮助老奶奶。虽然小红和老奶奶不是亲人，但她们的爱却比亲人还深

听力开始前先看一下题目，边看边猜该选什么。若在题目中出现不懂回得单词，不要心答慌，自己推测一下该单词的意思。听力材料开始时，带着问题去听，注意短文听力不一定每一道题都按顺序问，要找准题目做答。如果听力完了之后，有一些题目未能完成，就把自己原先猜的答案填上去。最后一点要注意的是，做选择题特别是听力的，要相信自己的第一感觉，不要随意改动。
