这得看自己的听力水平在何种程度了，已经可以部分听懂电影、电视剧的，那专自然可以选择这些作为提属高的联系资料了，这样包含娱乐，就有了乐趣。
而如果还未专门进行过听力的练习，则应该选择合适的音频来进行练习，方式最好是精听、听背，这样就可以听出口语中很细的细节，增强语感等等，慢慢就有提高了，而且对口语的提高也很有帮助。听力和口语也是紧密联系的。
网上有很多BBC、VOA的听力论坛的，其中也分了不同等级的材料，可以选择一种口音进行练习。如果是为了从事翻译，最好的方式应该是从英式的熟悉了再练习美式的，这样过程会比较有规律、容易掌握些。

transported with this idea,she could not forbear acting with her head the thought that passed in her mind,when down came the can of milk!and all her imaginary happiness vanished in a moment.

1.练口语和练听力最好同时进行。你可以去看下美国的经典情景喜剧《Friends》，翻译成《老友记》或者内《六人行》。容无论是语速还是实用程度都是不错的。
2.学习一些地道的俚语，可以看看《动感英语》。它曾在中央6台播放过，是个不错的视频教程。
3.厚脸皮的说英语。可以交些英语国家的笔友，现在网络这么发达，完全可以和他/她进行语音对话，并不用抱怨自己周围没有外国人帮你练习。
