我个人认为，你应该选一遍比自己水平略高的文章，反复的一直听下去，内头脑中不要对容文章进行翻译，一直听到能全部听懂为止，听懂是指能听清每一个单词和每一个句子，其中听六天然后休息一天，这一天最好一点英语都不接触，等到你突然有一天能够全部听懂了，然后进行下一阶段，把你所听的听一句写一句，不会的单词能拼写出来就行，再用英英词典（看清了，是英英的）把不熟悉的单词点点查出来！！
我推荐你去看下《千万别学英语》！
2. 提高英语听力。我下载了100篇英语文章音频，是反复听熟了一篇后再听下一篇好，还是，循环听这一百篇好
不要看原文，先完整的听一遍（大致知道讲什么就行了），再分句听，听一句暂回停，复述出来或者写下来答（个人认为说出来就可以了比较方便），复述不出就重复听，整篇这样说完，完整放全文跟着读，还是不要看原文！最后把不认识的单词和好的句子整理在本子上背出来就好。这样坚持一个月肯定有效果！
还有，文章不要太长，4~5分钟最好。我自己也这样练的。
