要想练好听力，首先是要选择适当的语音材料。什么样的语音材料才算“适当”呢？我认为，要注意以下四点：第一，所选语音材料必须地道、原汁原味；也就是说，你听到的声音，必须出自以英语为母语的人之口。听力训练就好比军事演习，场景越贴近实战，训练效果就越好。同时，坚持听纯正的口音、地道的表达也会对自己的发音和口语有积极的帮助。第二，所选语音材料应尽可能包罗万象，涵盖不同领域、不同话题，既要有正式用语，又要有日常会话，绝对不能只听新闻英语。第三，所选语音材料的难度应在自己的能力范围之内，当把这些语音转化为文字后，你应该能基本读懂。如果读不懂，换一段简单点的，否则，你恐怕要白白浪费时间。只有循序渐进，逐步加大难度，才能获得实质性的提高。第四，所选语音材料最好是正常语速。有人练听力喜欢从VOA慢速英语开始，我倒觉得大可不必，只要难度在你能力范围之内，完全可以大胆直接听原速。事实上，我更希望说话人语速飞快，这就好比跟比你跑得快的人赛跑更容易提高一样。
有了语音材料，应该怎样去听呢？你有两种选择：一种是利用零碎时间，如吃饭时、打扫清洁时、睡觉时等，在轻松愉快的氛围中随意地听。这种听法要求你连贯地、不重复地听取大量语音材料，不需要听懂每一句话，只需听个大概就行。另一种是抽出一段专门的时间，集中精力全神贯注地去听。这种听法不要求你听太多的内容，但务必要听懂每一句话，把握每一个细节。由于我们与生俱来的惰性，大多数人会选择前者。一边享受美食，一边练听力，一举两得嘛，何必非要绷紧神经，绞尽脑汁地去听呢。起初，我也这么想，可后来实践证明，这种做法效果并不理想。我发现自己很难做到一心二用，当我吃饭时、打扫清洁时，我会一门心思扑在这件事上，至于收音机里讲了些什么，我是一概听不进去的。如果是睡觉时听，又往往听不了几句就会进入梦乡（这个问题医学家最好研究一下，省得费力去研制什么安眠药）。相比之下，后一种听法虽然难度很大，实施过程十分痛苦，但只要咬牙坚持，将会在短时间内收到十分显著的效果。我是这样做的：选定一段语音材料，先完整地听一遍，尽量听懂主要意思，然后再逐句反复播放，必须听懂每一个单词，一遍不行十遍，十遍不行一百遍，直到听懂为止。总之，听力训练没有什么捷径可走，我奉劝各位朋友不要贪图一时安逸而使自己的水平长期徘徊不前，正所谓“长痛不如短痛”，只有下定决心，不怕吃苦，才能有大的收获。

在一堆英语学霸中多年摸爬滚打总结出来的方法：
方法一：泛听加精听，大量听版听力材料，包括各权种新闻、演讲、英美剧、电影、访谈，泛听听懂70%即可，精听要听完能说出来。
方法二：大声跟读听到的内容，直到流利跟读下来为止，还顺便练了口语。
方法三：听写，准备一份质量高的听力材料，反复听，直到把每个词都写出来为止，写不出来的对照原材料，就能知道自己弱点在哪，然后集中训练。
方法四：听英语歌练听力，听写歌词，跟唱，主要练习听吞音现象。
我之前看过课程《英语听力技能与实践》（可以在中国高校外语慕课平台搜），里面还有很多练习听力提高英语的方法，你可以都试试，找到最适合自己的方法。
其实最简单的方法真的是多听，哪怕你真的什么都不做，听得足够多了也会有提高的。
最后，当你听力提高一些之后，可以听一句，然后暂停自己翻译一句，对练习翻译也很有用。

普特英语网，可可听力网，都有免费的资料下载。读书时常用的网站。还有我们常听内BBC类的广播，不过可能有容点难，不适合。

听力跟精听和范听。你需要加强精听，不要心急。就是一份听力文件反复听，听一遍后可以看一下原文，然后再听，如此反复，知道听懂每一个词。这可以让你掌握英语之间的连读等等习惯。
范听就是接触多一些的材料。这样自己在面对不同材料时都可以应对。

不知道从何开始，但是必须开始。告诉自己一点一点来，踏踏实实的，多一点进步就是成就。手忙脚乱是要不得的。

『拾』 要高三了，可是英语听力完全听不懂怎么办

完全不懂?
1 背单词(听力不懂很可能是词汇障碍)
2 听英语新闻(最好是下载的,听一句暂停复述一句,复述不出就多听几遍,直到复述出为止,再停下一句)
3 听写英语新闻(短段的,速度也不用太快,高三英语上完估计也就VOA Special的速度差不多了.一分钟左右的,每次从头听到尾,不许停!!!能记多少记多少,写在有一行一行线的纸上,听到的单词大概在文章什么位置就写在纸上什么位置,方面后面几遍听时把单词填到空位里,直到把文章都听出来为止)
4 看原版片或者美剧(你如果有听力困难,那最好是有中英文字幕,英文印证听力,补足听力理解,中文对照英文练习翻译,速度太快就暂停)
5 Conclusion:单词要天天背,每天背个20分钟差不多了,多了也没意思,总之务必做到基本单词一定全部熟练.2和3当中3更难,相对2来说是听力和笔头的复合练习,2更像是听力+口语/理解,可以先做2再做3.4是需要一定基础的,但也比较费时,见效对听力来说较慢,就当练累了放松一下吧!2或3必须每天坚持,半小时到一小时为上.
基本就这样吧,如果真是想好好提高听力轻一定认真照做,这些都是我去上口译课听来的老师的经验和我自己觉得有用,用得有用的好方法.不要求快,真的要求质量的话快不了的,慢慢来,总会有成果的.加油! ^_^
