个人认为如果听力不是很好的话,边听边选这个方法应该是可以的,因为四内级听力的话还是考的比容较基础,经常会在原文里直接念出选项中就有的文字,如果你确实没有办法听懂对话意思的话,就只能直接这样选了,我觉得准确率还蛮高的,因为大多数题是直来直去而不是需要听到信息进行推测的。在放听力之前抓紧时间把每个选项看一遍,画出选项中的关键词,有的时候也可以根据四个选项猜测他将会问什么问题

平时多联系,多听听,习惯就好了。
