My TV University Life
After making great efforts, it was my honor to be a TV university student in2009.
From then, I was engaged in long distance ecation. During my TV university, I exerted myself to learn my all kinds of web-based courses through internet. To understand and grasp the main point of my courses, I also joined online discusses forums to communicate with teachers and classmates. Once finishing daily homework ,we all sent our homework to tutor by e-mail. When I met any doubts in my studying, I solved the difficulties and puzzles in tutorial.
My TV university experience gave me too much pleasure in seeking for meaning of life ,it enriches my knowledge and opens my eye-reach.

正文：

For a long time, the scope of administrative monopoly of state-owned enterprises has only been defined at the conceptual level. For some instries that should be market-oriented but not market-oriented, there are still a large number of enterprises relying on administrative monopoly, such as the typical salt instry.

長期以來，對於國有企業行政壟斷的范圍，只有概念層面的界定。對於一些本應市場化而沒有市場化的產業，還存在大量靠行政壟斷活著的企業，比如典型的鹽業。

In some high-risk instries, which rely on a large amount of capital to enter the market and form market barriers, state-owned enterprises have spawned a large number of them under the driving force of GDP growth.

在一些依靠大量資金進入市場，而形成市場壁壘的高風險行業，國有企業在鼓噪GDP增長的動力下大量催生。

These enterprises are also the main force of overcapacity at present, and are the key areas of national supply side reform. There are a large number of so-called "zombie enterprises" among these enterprises, which is a difficult problem for the marketization reform of state-owned enterprises.

這些企業也是目前產能過剩的主力軍，是國家供給側改革的重點領域。這些企業中有大量的所謂「僵屍企業」，是國有企業市場化改革的難題。

The top management of state-owned enterprises is generally appointed by SASAC, and these senior managers are often in the government's job order. They don't have good enterprise management ability, lack of strategic vision and enterprise professional manager's literacy. If one person fails to be appointed, it is doomed to the failure of an enterprise.

國有企業的高層，一般都是國資委委派，而這些高層往往都是在政府職序中摸爬滾打的人，並沒有很好的企業經營能力，缺乏戰略眼光和企業職業經理人的素養，造成任用一個人失敗就註定了一個企業的失敗。
