要說起我最喜歡的一道菜,那是五花八門非常多,有紅燒肉、蛋炒飯、紅燒魚……但是我最喜歡吃的是魚香肉絲。
說起我最喜歡吃的魚香肉絲,它也是許多人的最愛,魚香肉絲之所以能打敗尖椒土豆絲、糖醋裡脊、紅燒肉等等家常菜群雄,獨占鰲頭,成為家常菜冠軍,有幾個要素,那就是它價廉物美,而且有葷有素,最重要的一點就是他色香味俱佳,最有趣的是在沒有魚的時候,可以享受到魚肉的美味。魚香肉絲的做法並不是非常復雜。先要准備一些主要材料:豬瘦肉、豆腐乾、筍。先把以上材料全都切成絲。然後,把肉絲下鍋翻炒,肉絲炒散即可。接著放下一些用來燒紅燒魚的調味料和辣椒。最後,放下豆腐絲和筍絲,使勁翻炒,直到聞到香味就可以出鍋了。
吃魚香肉絲,對於我來說是一種享受。夾一些放進嘴裡,嚼一口,肉油而不膩,筍脆而不硬。嚼第二口,一股酸酸甜甜和辣味的味道就冒了出來,這讓你忍不住嚼第三口第四口。嚼著嚼著,有一股淡淡的魚肉味兒在嘴裡油然而生,簡直就是人間美味。
