Following the presentation of our specific practice:
1 new courses to strengthen theoretical study, to change the ecational idea, renewing teaching ideas.
The correct ecational ideas is the soul of classroom teaching. Some teachers' teaching and it is the method of backward, be inferior to saying is ecation thought stale, backward teaching idea. That is to say, the traditional ecation idea of the irrational part is quite serious still govern their behavior. The old ecational thought tied to their feet, so that they could not get rid of the old teaching mode, cannot jump out of the traditional teaching patterns. Ask every teacher each term at least read 1 books about the new curriculum theory monographs, reading 5-10 piece of related papers, schools provide a bibliography, print and distribute of learning materials, organize training, exchange, and teachers on reading notes and experiences of routine examination. Through theoretical study, to allow teachers to transform seven concepts, establish seven kinds of consciousness:
