比如:關鍵詞和短語寫作訓練法,即教師根據本單元的寫作話題,每天精心選擇2——3個片語或句型,讓學生做翻譯和造句練習;
一周之後,讓學生運用這些片語和句型進行寫作。
通過這種訓練方法,既可以培養學生的寫作能力,又可以提高寫作的效率,還可以幫助學生掌握一些習慣用語和句子結構,從而提高學生遣詞造句的能力。
二、抓好基本句型的訓練,促進寫作書面表達題是由許多句子組成的,句子是寫文章的基礎。
要完成書面表達題,首先要從句子入手,指導學生如何用句子表意。
從語言形態學的角度看,英語屬於分析型的語言,它有較為固定的基本句型、穩定搭配、俗成短語等,要想在寫作中用好它們,必須加強這方面的基本訓練。
首先,要加強五種基本句型的教學訓練。
幾乎所有的英語句型都是這五種句型的擴大、延伸或變化,因此訓練學生「寫」就要抓住五種基本句型,熟練掌握這五種基本句型。
五種基本句型是:S+V,S+V+O,S+V+O+O,S+V+O+C,S+V+P。
五種基本句型雖然能表達一定的意思,但無法比較自由地表達思想,因此還必須對學生進行擴句訓練,在課堂上充分發揮學生的想像力。
其次,加強句型教學,要對一些句子進行分析,增強學生利用各種句子進行一意多種表達的訓練。
最後,充分利用教材,對學生進行基本語感的訓練。
三、從閱讀入手,培養寫作表達技巧閱讀與寫作密不可分,閱讀是寫作的基礎,是搜集素材、學習詞彙句型和新穎表達方式的源泉。
因此,教師應想方設法把閱讀與寫作結合起來,利用教材訓練學生的寫作技能,在閱讀能力的培養過程中融入多種形式的寫作技能訓練,將寫作教學貫穿於閱讀教學中。
筆者採用了如下方法:1.利用教材,開展改寫在完成閱讀教學,學生基本掌握文章內容的基礎上,筆者進一步指導學生改寫文章。
改寫要求學生注意人稱、時態、直接引語、間接引語、遣詞造句和謀篇布局等方面的變化,充分理解課文內容,認真思考,寫出語言得體、內容完整的文章。
例如:《牛津高中英語》模塊6 Unit 2What Is Happiness to You 。
的Reading部分是一篇以對話采訪形式出現的課文,在采訪過程中,嘉賓Dr.Brain以體操運動員桑蘭的經歷為例,談到他對幸福的理解。
在完成閱讀教學後,筆者要求學生用第三人稱寫一篇介紹桑蘭的作文,並鼓勵學生引用課文中描述桑蘭的經典詞彙和例句。
如:hard鄄working, energet鄄ic, stay optimistic/positive, in good spir鄄its; She was happy to devote herself to gym鄄nastics等。
通過這些訓練,學生既加深了對課文的理解,又運用了所學重點詞彙,同時學生的寫作技能得到了實際的鍛煉。
2.模仿範文,鼓勵仿寫寫的過程實際上是模擬讀者閱讀的過程;
而閱讀也是模擬寫作的行為(戴軍熔,2002)。
教師可給學生一篇與書面表達體裁和題材相同的範文,讓學生通過閱讀完成類似話題的寫作任務。
例如:《牛津高中英語》模塊1 Unit 3 Lo好ing Good,Feeling Good的寫作話題是保持健康。
筆者從英文報刊上選擇一篇有關如何科學合理地減肥、健身的報道,先讓學生在課堂上進行限時閱讀,然後提問學生:Which do you think is more important,lo好ing good or feeling good How would you keep fitWhy等。
學生通過模仿閱讀材料的結構進行寫作。
通過閱讀帶動寫作,由知識的輸入到知識的輸出,提高了學生表達的條理性和連貫性,為學生提供了寫作策略和技能。
四、培養學生用英語寫作的習慣「臨淵羨魚,不如退而結網。
」如果僅僅掌握了寫作技巧,熟背了大量文章,不親自動手實踐還是不行的,沒有一成不變的文章讓照搬。
《英語課程標准》指出:基礎教育階段英語課程的總體目標是培養學生的綜合語言運用能力。
因此,要遵循「一切為了運用」的原則,提倡和鼓勵學生親自實踐,動手寫作,用英語給親人、朋友、老師寫信,用英語寫日記,或用英語寫便條,寫留言簡訊,還可以用英語與老師談心或反映情況,或給老師寫每周情況報告或總結。
只有將所學內容適時地運用於實際生活,才能內化成自己的能力。
