總覺得你問這問題很心高氣傲啊。一般高考好的作文的要求：1.無拼寫、語法錯回誤；2.句子流暢簡練，這點你答真能做到嗎？3.最好有3~4句精彩的句子。高考原則最主要的是不要犯錯，再談出彩。英語作文競賽，我沒參加過這類比賽，你可以上網查詢往屆作文競賽的範文或者其他選手或老師總結出的要點。因為作文競賽我不知道你參賽的地區范圍，妄去網路個來給你不一定適用。
