詢盤:inquiry或enquiry在對外貿易中，詢盤，也叫詢價.是買方或買方對於所要購買或回出售的商品向答另一方作出的詢問.
發盤:Offers.通常是以廣告，傳單，信件或回應詢盤的方式發出的。發盤的定義為：交易的一方為了銷售或購買一批商品，向對方提出有關的交易條件，並表示願按這些條件達成一筆交易，這種意思表示的行為稱作發盤.
還盤:Counteroffer受盤人不同意發盤中的交易條件而提出修改或變更的意見，稱為還盤.法律上叫反要約。
