英語的作文書寫很重要，英文書寫應符合規范，英文字母要寫清楚、寫整齊、寫美觀，字母的大小和字母間距要勻稱。因此，學生本人，教師，及家長應重視學生的英語作文書寫，平時要多多的訓練。
首先，學生要端正態度，下定決心，扎扎實實練好書寫。建議他們買本英語字貼，從字母練起，擬定計劃，每天練兩到三頁。制定一本抄寫本，抄寫英語範文，課文中的經典句型，或名言警句。在應試時，要嚴格按照要寫材料的要求，在心裡或在草稿紙上"排好版"，擬好草稿，譽寫時應寫好每一個單詞，打好每一個標點，切不可寫得詞不成形，句不成行，隨意改動，不能把幾年的辛苦讓馬虎的書寫輕易地葬送掉
