在我校強力推進高效課堂，探索課堂教學環節新模式的課改之風，如何探索提高學生的英語書面的表達能力呢? 在初中英語學習中,我們知道有聽、說、讀、寫等能力要求。其中「寫」即英語寫作。談到英語寫作，很多剛開始學習英語的初中學生都認為很難,無從下手。即使寫了幾句,也是錯誤百出。在課改精神的指導下，只要我們多進行英語寫作技巧方面的引導，多對學生進行寫作訓練，學生的寫作能力一定會得到提高。在多年的教學實踐中，我認為必須從平時的教學中一點一滴抓起，持之以恆，才能解決英語書面表達的難題。
寫作能力是語言能力的綜合體現，它包括詞彙、語法、習慣用法等語言知識，還包括學生對文章的構思、組織、表達以及傳遞信息和解決實際問題的語言交際能力，它能准確全面反映學生的實際語言水平。但英語寫作能力的提高不是一蹴而就的。它必須由淺入深、由簡到繁、由易到難、一環緊扣一環有計劃有目的地進行訓練。而且它也不是獨立存在的，英語中聽、說、讀、寫四者密切相關，相互滲透，互為基礎。寫的能力要在聽、說、讀的基礎上進行培養和提高，而寫的訓練又能進行一步提高聽、說、讀的能力。因此，寫的訓練不但要注重具體指導與訓練，還要貫穿於整個教學的全過程，寓寫於聽、說等諸方面的訓練中，才能真正全面提高學生寫的能力。在平時的教學過程中我們應該從以下方面來培養和提高學生的英語寫作水平
一、詞句段篇。夯實基礎
受漢語的負遷移影響，學生用英語寫作文時表現為選詞、造句、文章結構均按照漢語習慣，造成搭配不當、句子結構不嚴密或不符合英語語法和英語習慣。因此，教師在訓練學生寫作時應注意以下幾點。
1．教學生記憶單詞的方法。
我的方法是讓學生自己去體會、理解詞的內涵與外延，以加深記憶；將同義詞或片語聯想起來記憶，即把話題、內容、詞彙以連鎖反應的方式串起來記憶。例如：話題一學習一內容一學好功課、克服困難、取得進步、趕上同學、考出好成績…由此構成的相關詞彙有：do well in， work hard at， make progress，fall behind，catch up with，be strict with， pass the exam， get good marks…
2．熟練運用基本句型。
平時讓學生牢記五種基本句型，這對於基礎較差的學生會大有裨益。在此基礎上還應讓學生多練習一些基本的復合句，如定語從句、狀語從句、賓語從句等。鼓勵學生恰當、正確地運用復合句，以使自己的書面表達上一個檔次。
3．使用過渡性詞語連句成段。
恰當地使用一些過渡性詞語，能使文章結構嚴密，增強說服力、感染力。常見的過渡詞有：①表並列，not only…but also，both…and…either…or… ② 表轉折，however，but，yet…③ 表遞進，first，second，third…④ 表結果，therefore，as a result…⑤ 表列舉，such as，for example，for instance…⑥表結論，in short，in a word…
4．多讀、多背好文章、範文，學會模仿。
平時多讀多背好文章、好句子、諺語、俗語，寫書面表達時會起到畫龍點睛的作用。在教學中可以採用各種形式指導學生對每單元的Section B 3a進行改寫、縮寫，或連詞完成短文，或填詞完成短文。
二、有的放矢，培養能力
在不同階段有側重地進行寫作專項訓練：階段過關、專項強化、綜合突破、模擬演練。
1．「階段過關」 的重要任務是夯實基礎。在這一階段中主要進行基礎詞彙、基本句型、連貫詞和標點符號運用的訓練。同時，也可以進行各式各樣的文體訓練，讓學生熟悉各種文體的特點及寫作要求。
2．「專項強化」 的主要目的是使學生能靈活運用詞彙。用自己最熟練和最有把握的語言結構進行表達，寫出主題句清楚、支撐句豐富、結論句精闢、邏輯順序正確、條理清楚、中心突出的文章。
3．「綜合突破」 的主要任務是培養學生在寫作方面必備的寫作策略和寫作技巧。謹記1O字原則：① 結構，「觀點——要點——總結」三段式讓人一目瞭然；② 要點，文章寫的再好，只要缺少要點就會扣分，所以要點要做到全，圍繞中心；⑧邏輯，運用恰當的連接詞使文章連貫、緊湊、流暢；④語法，注意單詞的運用和時態；⑤亮點，總結時學會運用名言、諺語，如寫飲食健康，用上「An apple aday keeps the doctor away．」就讓人感覺與眾不同。
4．「模擬演練」 的主要目的是對學生進行限時訓練。一星期至少要練寫一篇，糾正之後抄寫於作文本上。這樣日積月累，考前只要翻翻自己的作文本，便可輕松寫出滿意的文章。
三、聽說讀寫，全面發展
學習語言的途徑主要是模仿而不是創造。通過聽和讀來吸收語言知識，再通過說和寫的方式表達自己的思想。所以在訓練學生寫作能力時，要注意與訓練聽、說、讀能力結合起來進行。
1．聽、讀是信息的輸入， 而說、寫是信息的輸出。大量的閱讀是寫作水平提高的保證，大量的信息輸入可以培養語感，幫助學生重新構建知識結構，為進行寫作打下知識和內容的基礎。
2．先說後寫有助於學生理清寫作思維。口語訓練可及時發現錯誤，為筆頭訓練掃清障礙。筆頭訓練又可鞏固口語的掌握。在動筆之前，先就內容形式進行口頭准備，是提高學生寫作能力的途徑之一。
總之，英語寫作是一種綜合能力的訓練，是對學生所學語言知識的綜合運用，是一個系統工程，它應貫穿於教學活動的全過程。作為教師，在長期堅持不懈地對學生進行聽、讀、說、寫全方位的訓練的同時，注意總結提高學生寫作水平的具體方法，只有這樣，才能真正提高學生寫的能力與技巧，只有這樣，才有「一份耕耘，一份收獲」，也才能讓學生下筆時，「一氣呵成」。
