How to stay healthy
Would you like to keep healthy like the others do? Now let me tell you something about staying healthy.
1. Food. To keep yourself healthy, you shouldn't eat something that have too much oil, calory or salt. For that can cause a lot of diseases. The right way to keep healthy is to eat more vegetables and fruits.
2. Exercise. Another way which is always be ignored is to excercise more. An average of steps a normal alt have per day is 10000 - 15000. You'll find yourself more healthy after changing the steps to 15000 - 20000 per day, and you'll get more fit easily by that.

3. I had an English test this week, unfortunately I didn't pass it. I am so repentant and regretfu about that. The reason why I didn't do the test well was that I did not try my best to memorize the vocabularies and the text. 英語寫作是英語水平測試命題當中的一個熱點,運用英語進行流暢的寫作是英語表達中一個很重要的部分,具體到中考,更是如此。
一篇好的中考作文,讀來流暢地道,讓人心曠神怡,耳目一新。今天小編來分享一些高分英語作文的方法,運用好這些方法,你也能寫出讓閱卷老師眼前一亮的好考場作文。
第一、提煉字詞句
一篇作文是由單詞和句子組成的。這是寫作最基本的要素,就像萬丈高樓需要一磚一瓦層層蓋起來一樣,如果磚瓦質量不好,那麼這座高樓很快就會垮掉。同樣的,如果基本的詞句掌握不好,那麼我們在寫文章的時候就會感覺提筆無從下手,甚至連一個句子都很難寫出。這就是因為頭腦中沒有「存貨」造成的。
因此,從現在開始,我們應該重視字詞句的提煉,把我們學過的,見到過的甚至在雜志,電影里見到的優美的、地道的詞句提煉出來為我所用。
一般來說,我們掌握了初中教材要求的大部分詞彙以及考綱中全部詞彙和片語,寫出一篇合格的作文並不是難事,然而,面對如此激烈的競爭,僅僅是一篇合格的文章就夠了嗎?恐怕不是的。因此,掌握更多的優秀詞句能讓我們在寫作中出彩。我們可以從作文素材中進行詞句的提煉:
第一個資源,也是我們最容易忽視的資源,就是我們手中的教材。
教材文章難度適中,詞彙豐富,是非常好的詞庫。也許有的同學不以為然,那麼我們看這個句子:A比B要美得多。如果讓你用英語寫出這個句子,你能想到的句型有幾個?在你想到的句型中,是不是轉來轉去就那麼幾句:A is more beautifu lthan B,或者A is more beautiful when compared with B,或者B is not as beautiful as A??這樣的句型你會寫,還有數萬個和你一樣的中學生也會寫,但是如果你寫出:Although A is beautiful,it pales when it isi n comparison with B.(雖然A很美,但是與B相比便黯然失色了。)這樣的句子,效果會大不相同。
第二個資源,基於教材,我們可以向外發散,任何你讀過的報英文刊雜志,比如《21stCentury》《ChinaDaily》等等,都是很好的資源,還有很多經典的英文電影,英文歌曲也都是豐富的詞庫,從中可以提煉出非常多的優美的詞彙和句子,改造一下,就可以放到我們的文章中,為我們的作文增色不少。
第二、巧用過渡詞
所謂過渡詞,就是表示先後順序的first,second,?.atlast,表示因果關系的asaresult,eto,becauseof?,表示分述關系的what』smore,furthermore,besides,inaddition等等。
為什麼要使用這樣的詞彙?原因有二:
一,我們每個人寫的文章雖然內容幾乎千篇一律,但是每個人的寫作風格和邏輯思路不盡相同。怎樣在短時間內讓閱卷老師進入自己的邏輯體系,快速而精準的判斷你的文章呢?過渡詞就是一個很好的「向導」,它能夠引導閱卷人的思路,讓其短時間內對你的文章做出公允的評價;
二,我們列好提綱准備下筆的時候,總有一個先後順序,總有一個邏輯結構,如何使自己的文章結構清晰,要點明確,中心突出,答案還是過渡詞,使用了過渡詞,可以規范自己的邏輯思路,讓我們在有壓力的寫作之下能夠做到臨危不亂,有條不紊,層次清晰,邏輯通暢。
第三、句式多變
如果一百份試卷里都是清一色的「I think」簡單句,那閱卷人讀起來將會多麼的乏味,乏味至極的閱卷人又如何能給得出高分?
所以,我們在寫句子的時候,要盡可能的變換句式和結構,讓文章富於變化,錯落有致。
具體地說:中考作文中,我們可以嘗試使用更多的復合句,主要是賓語從句,狀語從句以及嘗試變化語態。
第四、善用名人名言
在中考作文中,很少有同學能主動寫出名人名言為自己的文章畫龍點睛。名人名言是精煉濃縮的,富有哲理和智慧的句子,經過數百年人們口耳相傳到了今天,足以說明它的凝練和它的魅力。
如果在文章中能成功使用合適的名人名言,那將會是怎樣一番景象,其實不難想像。比如你在一篇討論中學生該不該使用手機的文章中用了「Just as the saying goes,『every coin has two sides.』」,那效果就相當於一個美國人在漢語水平考試作文里寫出了「中國人有句古話叫『福兮禍之所倚,禍兮福之所伏』」一樣的震撼!因此,學會使用名人名言,將會使我們的文章大放異彩。
當然了,使用名人名言的前提是我們得記得住一定數量的名言。很多同學在寫作的時候沒有辦法寫出漂亮的名言來襯托,這一是因為自己平時積累不夠,寫不出合適的名人名言,第二是對名人名言沒有形成條件反射,聯想不到。大家在接下來的文章中不妨可以嘗試一下,看看效果如何。

一般說來,每次考試後,閱卷老師要在很短的時間內評閱完大量的試卷,工作量非常大。盡管作文評分有具體的標准,但它仍然是主觀性較大的部分,而且寫作部分沒有「半分」的評分標准,有時我們閱卷之時的一念之差,就可能令你失去寶貴的一分。因此,這里我覺得介紹一些這些閱卷老師閱卷時的心理,對考生是極為有用的。
1.整潔的卷面和漂亮的書寫
漂亮的書寫令人賞心悅目,可使閱卷老師從疲憊不堪中解脫出來,給閱卷老師留下良好的第一印象。就我而言,每次批改作業,如遇龍飛鳳舞、字跡較為潦草者,均「押後處理」。說老實話,當改至後期,我便兩眼發直,精神極度疲憊,於是也龍飛鳳舞,草草給個分數,算是交差了。
2.字數要達到最低要求
因為作文對字數要求高,每篇小作文的字數在100-150字左右,大作文的字數必須達到160~200字左右,所以考生切記要在規定的范圍內完成自己的工作。但是,有些考生在寫作過程中總存在這樣的想法:寫的越長,閱卷老師的分數肯定會打得更高,其實未必。有時候,甚至會適得其反。試想,考生的文章是寫長了,但是考生同時又將自己的弱點暴露得「一覽無余」,那樣,考生怎麼可能得到高分呢?所以,考生應注意在寫作中長度一定要適當。
3.結構完整,脈絡清晰
考試時作文閱卷時間緊,且採用global
scoring(整體評分)方法,因此閱卷老師不可能慢悠悠地欣賞你的大作。作文閱卷老師都是經驗非常豐富的大學英語教師,他們要在數分鍾內瀏覽完考生作文,給出評分意見。如何吸引閱卷老師的注意呢?我認為,一個完整框架是必不可少的,首先應讓閱卷老師覺得你的文章是結構完整合理、符合要求的。換言之,即具備英語文章的基本要素:引言段、擴展段和結尾段。引言段中要包含thesis
statement(中心句),擴展段的每段均應有topic
sentence(主題句),結尾段應該是一個自然收尾的段落。中文講究意合,而英語注意形合,要求句與句、段與段之間運用恰當的過渡詞,把上下文有機地連接起來。因此,應適當運用關鍵片語、套句,以吸引閱卷老師的「眼球」。
