Spring Festival
My best festival is Spring Festival. It is in Janurary or February. It is the most important festival for the Chinese people. On that day everybody dresses up. First they extend greetings to their parents. Then each child will get money as a New Year gift, wrapped up in red paper.
People in northern China will eat jiaozi, or mplings, for breakfast, the shape of the mpling is like gold ingot from ancient China. So people eat them and wish for money and treasure. Burning fireworks was once the most typical custom on the Spring Festival. I like spring festival very much. It's my favourite holiday.
我最喜愛的節日是春節，它在一月或者二月。對於中國人來說這是最重要的節日。在那天，每個人都認真打扮，他們會像父母問好，然後每個孩子會得到紅包作為新年禮物。

During the festival, kids get lucky money from old people. People visit their relatives and friends. They wish each a happy year and good luck. How happy we are.
