首先,你會因為枯燥的堅持而放棄嗎?如果不會,請繼續.
每天堅持兩小時,早上專一屬小時,晚上一小時,可以製作MP3,走路,上下班都可以聽.
計劃:
開始的半個月,學習音標,並學會音標的拼讀方法,這個如果你沒有基礎,估計要請人教你,學會了這個,你才能讀懂新單詞.
然後就開始利用教材來學習吧.
我比較推薦新概念系列,如果你能堅持從第一冊學到第四冊並且把前三冊背下來,相信你一定是一個超級歷害的英語專家.
第一冊的內容表面上看起來相當簡單,相當於現行小學教材的內容,不過你想要的是基本交流,所以這個反而能大大的幫助你.兩天一課吧,配合MP3 視頻光碟,只要你有信心與毅力,學起來還是挺容易的.
第二冊內容相對難度增大了一點,不過在第一冊的基本上,再配合MP3 或者光碟的輔助,依然不是太難.不過從第二冊開始,要背下來就要花點功夫了.
三四冊依然是在難度上進行提升.
我覺得只要你自己有足夠的毅力與耐心,還有信心(請注意我一直強調這幾點,因為如果你不能做到這三點,你就可以不要開始),我想你一定能得償所願的.

初二的英語計劃：如果這位同學英語不錯，建議仍像初一時一樣，如果不是很好，建議額外參加一些補習班。
初三的英語計劃：最關鍵的時候，所以最好在沒上初三的時候就看完初三的書本，掌握課本後的單詞、書上的重點詞句、課文。上一下家教鞏固。到了學校上課則一定要仔細。
