我不知道抄你這個是襲網上提交推薦信還是用紙質推薦信推送。網申的話，只要留下老師的郵件，然後按收到郵件信息上傳到一個推薦信系統里就可以。紙推的話，將推薦信列印出來由老師簽名，並在信封封口處也要簽名以確保保密信。

格式如下：
