2). Get regular exercise.
Exercise can help prevent heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and colon cancer. It can help treat depression, osteoporosis, and high blood pressure. People who exercise also get injured less often. Routine exercise can make you feel better and keep your weight under control. Try to be active for 30 to 60 minutes about 5 times a week. Remember, any amount of exercise is better than none.

Last week I went to Taiwan for a visit to my uncle with my parents.The population there was 22000000 or so.Taiwan is in the southeasten of China and famous for it's bananas ,rice and tea.There are many famous places of interests such as Sun-Moon Lake and Alisan.
We set off at Hongkong airpot at 8:15am and arrived at 10:00am on Monday. My uncle met us at Taibei airport.On Tuesday,we visited the Sun-Moon Lake ,wihch was very beautiful and it was considered as the largest fresh water lake in Taiwan.On Wednesday,we went to the Alisan National Park and on Thursday we went to Kentin Park by bus.We also went to the beaches and went to wonderful sightseeings as well as bought gifts ring that day.On Friday,we went home.
What an interesting holiday! I will never forget it!

英語作文的寫作技巧：

英語考試作文試題的一個最大的特點就是時限性，即在有限的時間內（一般分配30分鍾）按試題要求完成作文試題。
