看著如此誘人的湯包，我早已口水直流。「輕輕吸，慢慢提，先吃餡兒，再吃皮。」這是吃湯包的口訣。我小心翼翼地用吸管在包子上開了一個小「窗戶」，將它插進裡面一點點地吮吸，蟹肉和蟹黃順著吸管一點一點地滑入我口中。蟹肉的細嫩、蟹黃的鮮美、湯汁的酸甜混合在一起，在我的唇齒間流動。頓時，我身上的每一個細胞都似乎醉了。汁吸完了，自然也就少不了大塊的蟹黃與蟹肉了。我用筷子挑開皮，夾出蟹黃與蟹肉，慢慢放入口中，蟹黃酥，蟹肉嫩，真好！最後，湯包內什麼也沒有了，就要吃細嫩的皮了。夾起皮，稍稍沾一點醋，「啊嗚」一口，將皮一下吞入口中，那酸酸的、韌韌的皮快速滑過喉嚨，甚是美妙啊！
蟹黃湯包竟如此美味，真不愧是江蘇的傳統小吃啊！
