通知(通告，Notice)是要告知某種信息而使用的一種文體，它是上級對下級，領導對成員或者組織者對參與者傳達事情，部署工作或者召開會議等所使用的日常生活中經常使用的文體。

寫作格式：

1.標題：第一行正中央，首字母大寫（NOTICE）

2.正文：通知的主體部分，一般寫時間、地點、事情內容、通知對象、要求等等，盡可能用精煉的文字表達明確的信息。

3.署名：靠右對齊，署名個人或者單位

4.日期：書信式通知的日期可寫在標題下一行的右上角；布告式通知的時間一般放在正文的左下角，低於落款。
