1、各專業執行中央電大制定的（本科專業與合作高校共同制定）並經國家教育部批準的教學計劃。統設必修課程占教學計劃課程總學分的60％，由中央電大和合作高校命題、市電大組織考試、閱卷；統設限選課、市電大自選課各占教學計劃課程總學分的40％，這兩部分由市電大組織命題、考試、閱卷。課程成績由平時作業成績（一般佔20％）和期末考試卷面成績（佔80％）組成。
2、最低畢業學分：本科專業71學分；專科專業76學分。
五、修業年限及發證
1、"現代遠程開放教育"實行完全學分制。教學計劃按3年修完，允許學生3—8年內讀完。2、符合畢業條件的學生頒發國家承認，教育部電子注冊的畢業證書（證書不體現網路或開放教育字樣）。達到相關條件的本科畢業生，授予學士學位。
