Today we went on an organized trip to Ultima Thule. We set out in the school bus at 7:20 am. The weather was pleasant and all of us were excited. After two hours' ride, we arrived there at 9:30. We began our program as soon as we got off the bus. We played games on the sands and swam in the water happily. Then we had lunch in a restaurant. In the afternoon we held a contest of telling stories in English. The winners were given beautiful prizes. Many photos are taken there. We enjoyed ourselves very much. At half past five we returned safely.

There are many ways of traveling such as by plane, by train, by ship, by bus.And people can choose any of ways of traveling if they like.To me, the best way of traveling on a summer vacation is to go on foot.
My preference depends on the purpose of the travel. On a summer vacation I travel to refresh myself and to see the countryside. When I use my feet and walk on a grass covered path along a river or among the hills I feel detached from the noise of the city and closer to the nature. And when I travel on foot I get more freedom. I can plan my own schele. I can choose my own route. I can stop where I like. And I can see things and people that I might miss if I travel on a train or on a bus.
When faster and more convenient ways for travel are becoming available, I still favor using my own feet. I get much pleasure from it. People travel by plane, by train, by ship, by bus. To me, the best way of traveling on a summer vacation is to go on foot.

The second day I got up at six and went to the bus at half past six,and we set out at seven from nanjing.about at 1:00 pm,we arrived at the foot of the yellow mountain.firstly we started to have lunch,and we multiplid a cable car at the middle peak which pepole call it as liehua peak after we have a full food.Then we beginning to climb up really,when I reach the peak about four hours,I looked down at the perspectives and I forgot the position myself.however I saw the sunrise unforgetably in the second morning,and I thought of the old idiom:limitless landscapes at the dangerous
