一、前言
在21世紀的今天，英語在國際交流與對外活動中發揮著越來越大的的作用，作為新時代的大學生,學好英語,流暢口語是順應社會發展所必備的素質。為了提高在校大學生的口語水平,豐富同學們的業餘生活,同時增強校園英語學習的良好氛圍,我校決定在四月中旬舉辦名為「山東師范大學第一屆風采英語演講比賽」的比賽。

二、活動細則
1、活動名稱：山東師范大學風采英語演講比賽（按贊助企業進行冠名，如「科普杯」山東師范大學風采英語演講比賽）
2、活動時間：四月（具體時間按「比賽具體流程」）
3、活動對象：山東師范大學長清校區各院系學生
4、活動原則：公平、公正、活潑、交流、自信
5、活動形式：初賽、復賽、決賽
6、主辦單位：山東師范大學校團委
7、承辦單位：山東師范大學學生會、山東師范大學英語俱樂部（其他單位待定）
8、決賽邀請嘉賓：
9、活動宣傳：海報宣傳、負責人通知、網上發帖公告
10、報名方式：學生報名時可以到自己所在的宿舍樓一樓物業、樓管處領取報名表，填寫後交由物業樓管處保存。
11、報名時間：自2006年3月20日開始，截止日期為2006年4月10號

三、工作人員安排
1、宣傳部：負責海報的製作與張貼，以及活動的宣傳
2、文秘部、編輯部：負責整理報名表以及選手的決賽演講稿
3、外聯部：協調贊助企業
4、管理部：備置活動物品
5、策劃部：作好每一場比賽的賽前策劃工作
四、比賽具體流程（初步預計參賽人數為600人）
〈一〉初賽
時間：4月15號、16號，上午8：00—11：30；下午2：00—5：00
地點：綜合教學樓C區260人教室兩間
演講主題：
評分標准：
1、發音 20分
2、內容 30分
3、儀態儀表 10分
4、語言應用 10分
5、總體印象 10分
規則：選手分為兩組，在兩間教室同時進行海選。演講為命題演講，限時2分鍾，分數排在前100名者進入下一輪比賽。
評委：2名專業英語老師、4名英語專業優秀學生
（比賽入圍選手名單將通過海報和負責人通知的形式進行公布）
〈二〉復賽
時間：4月20號、21號、22號，晚7：00—9：00
地點：綜合教學樓C區260人教室一間
演講主題：
評分標准：
1、發音 20分
2、內容 30分
3、儀態儀表 10分
4、語言應用 10分
5、總體印象 10分
規則：選手分為三組進行比賽。演講為命題演講，限時3分鍾，分數排在前20名者進入決賽。
評委：2名專業英語老師、2名研究生
（比賽入圍選手名單將通過海報和負責人通知的形式進行公布）
〈三〉決賽
時間：4月26號下午2：00—5：30
地點：綜合教學樓C區101報告廳
演講主題：
決賽由兩部分組成：
1、先進行定題演講（限時3分鍾），演講結束後，評委提問一個問題，選手回答限時1分鍾。定題演講是參賽選手圍繞賽前給定的主題，寫好演講稿進行演講；評委用英語提問，可以是與選手演講主題有關的問題、選手在演講過程中涉及的問題，也可以是評委感興趣的問題，選手一律用英語進行回答。
2、即興演講（選手准備30秒。回答限時2分鍾）由選手現場抽題，根據所抽的題目，做一定時間的准備，然後演講。
評分標准：
參賽選手的分數由兩部分組成
1、定題演講部分（該部分佔總分的70％）
2、即興演講部分（該部分佔總分的30％）
評分細則為：
1、發音 15分
2、內容 30分
3、儀態儀表 10分
4、語言應用 20分
5、總體印象 10分
6、應變能力（回答問題與即興演講） 15分
規則：選手分為兩組進行比賽，分數排在前10位的選手即可獲一、二、三等獎，後十名可獲優秀獎，一等獎1名，二等獎3名，三等獎6名，優秀獎10名
評委：3名外教，2名專業英語老師，2名研究生、1—3名嘉賓（由贊助商單位和校方領導出任）
決賽具體流程：
下午 1：30 工作人員入場准備活動前期工作
1：40觀眾入場
2：00嘉賓入場
2：05由活動主持人介紹出席嘉賓，並介紹此次活動的主要目的等事項
2：10 由校團委總書記開幕詞，並宣布活動開始
2：15 活動正式開始
2：15—3：30 第一組選手進行比賽（75分鍾）
3：30—3：45 由十大校園英語歌手演唱
3：45—5：00 第二組選手進行比賽（75分鍾）
5：00—5：30 演講結束，比賽進入評獎階段，節目說唱英語，並抽取20名幸運觀眾。
5：30 主持人公布獲獎名單，嘉賓進行頒獎，比賽結束，由贊助商嘉賓做總結陳詞。
注意事項：進入決賽的每位選手欲4月25號中午12點之前必須將自己撰寫的演講稿列印一份交到4#507室

五、活動具體要求
1、工作人員著裝統一，佩帶綬帶和學生證
2、工作人員提前30分鍾入場
3、活動過程中要求參賽人員要維護現場秩序，保持全場安靜，並要求把手機調到震動或者關機狀態。
4、活動結束後全體工作人員留下負責現場的清潔。
