This is my three meals for oneday
The breakfeast I often have one bowl of noodles with two eggs and a bottle of milk or a bowl of mplings ,Chinese seldom to have breat. I often have a bowl of rice and some porkorbeef ,fish and some vegetables for lunch . For dinner ,I usually have a little food.
It is good for our healths.
